How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We had a bottle of water left from the hotel which.... was opened and instead of water it was filled with bleach, my wife almost drank from it during the night. I guess someone from the staff got the wrong bottle, good thing some kids didn't drink from it!
Convinient location and free parking was really big plus.

At breakfast, there weren't enough buns for us, and I would also suggest adding at least some dark bread and crispbreads to the breakfast

There is a sewage smell especially at night (we were at fifth floor), there is little water running when showering, the shower doors do not close completely, the quality of the bed and the pillows are not the best.
The staff and the position are great. The rooms are clean and well ecquipped.

I believe in the next two years (in my room)they should install a new shower! The rest was ok! Would be the shower better i would give a 9.5-10 for the 3 star hotel and my room.(My!!!!The shower must be completely cleaned with a steam jet and new joints and seals may then be made! Therefore, you may not need to install a new shower). This with shower is 1 just point. I can ignore other minor processing errors and in my bathroom they should have blinds/Jealosia like on the balcony door

Unfortunate moment that the elevator was out of order and we had to climb up to the fourth floor every time, especially when we where having luggage

The furniture was old but clean.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the city center. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We traveled with motorcycle and there was enough space to put our riding gear and luggage. We had a safe place to park our motorcycles. There is a very nice Italian restaurant next to the hotel.

AC, because we couldn’t change the temperature of the room ourself abd AC all time gave as warm air (outsaide the temperature was about 35-40C). So to sleep here was very dificult.
The room, staff, parking underground very good.

Room (junior suite) was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was within short Uber ride from the city centre.

The TV was small and dated, the couch in the living room was quite small as well. The window curtains were half the size they should be and did not manage to cover the entire width of the windows. The shower cabin was a bit small (but I am a large guy) and had black mold on the sides; Also, it could use a better shower head. The bathroom mirror lights were broken and in the bedroom there was a electrical socket mask missing - so a little bit of maintenance was necessary.
The apartment was as as expected after seeing the pictures, spacious and clean. There were fresh towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel in the bathroom; There is also a bidet. The queen size bed was solid and the bed sheets were also clean. The windows had roller blinds so you could darken the bedroom. The staff was nice and helpful - they might not all speak Romanian very well but English could help :) Also, there is a good trattoria next to the hotel - for those who enjoy italian food.

it was under renovation and some things looked unfinished. in the bathroom there were no curtains so one could see from the outside in our bathroom.
