They didn’t have hot chocolate and only filter coffee is included in the breakfast. Cappuccino or anything else you have to pay extra. Also the whirlpool doesn’t work properly and was not the cleanest. Also the rooms definitely need a deep clean. Especially the bathroom. I don’t know if it’s the pipes but it definitely smells bad in there. The mattress and the bedding were pretty uncomfortable compared to other places we’ve stayed at.

We had the superior room facing the inner courtyard, which was super quiet and we could sleep till midday even though it’s in the middle of the city Centre. Location was great. The building is beautiful and of historic value. The staff was amazing and super helpful. We just asked if some sandwiches at the breakfast table were vegetarian or not, and they immediately offered to make some extra for us. What we really enjoyed was the private spa corner, you have to book in advance but it’s great because you can enjoy and relax uninterrupted, they even let us stay after 9pm (as long as we wanted. Also private parking is a great asset!

Some noisy weirdoes in the room nearby, loud until very late (1/2 AM), but not the hotel's fault.

Position could not be better, very central and in an easy and safe place, close to all public transport and places of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful, and provided me with everything I asked for and even more. They were responsive when I had questions or to give some feedback.

My only minor gripe was the soundproofing, as some noise from outside was noticeable at times. However, this didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We had a 2-bedroom suite. The suite was a delightful space—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed, making it a perfect retreat. The hotel itself is a charming gem with a warm, welcoming vibe. The location is fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away, which made exploring a breeze. The staff were exceptional, incredibly attentive, and always ready which truly elevated the experience. I’d happily return and recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is located in the heart of Belgrade. You cab easily reach to the center places by walking in 15 min. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was also good enough.

The hotel was generally very clean. The rooms were comfortable and modern. The location was in the city center and within walking distance to everything in the city. The most important thing for me was the attitude, interest and service of the employees. Everyone, especially Cristina, was friendly, smiling, attentive and extremely helpful. Pillows are not comfortable Sound of low noise and vibration from some industrial object in the courtyard No free access to SPA facilities, they are available only with booking in advance but the receptionist didn't tell us about it on check-in. So we had no chance to use SPA at all.

A small suggestion regarding breakfast, since this hotel is visited by people of various religions it would be nice if it was written what is pork and what is not. Nevertheless, we will be back for sure.

Just heads up that the parking of cars at the hotel is operated by the staff due to limited parking space at hotel's premises - probably not ideal if you need to use your car daily or need to access your car often. There is also public parking in front of the hotel as an alternative.
