The only issue was that there was a technical issue which meant I could only stay for half the time that was booked which made for a slight inconvenience.

It seems to me that regular maintenance is lacking, so things like hooks, handles, and similar items get stuck, fall off, etc. I also didn't like string cigarette smell in the hall.

Small room, but with everything you need. Reception is not 24h, but there's no problem to check in distantly. Perfect receptionist helped us with everything by phone.

The only thing that we didn't like is that the room had little space and it was always a bit cold even after we turned up the heating.

The Vila is at the perfect location in the city center so everything was very close. It was clean and Tanja was very helpful and kind. For this price I would definitely recommend it.

Room is on third floor without a lift. Not enough plugs in the room and no plug by the bed (I have long cables but plug was still too far away). My main complaint is the constant filtering of cigarette smoke into the room but this is normal in Belgrade. I figured out that the air con heating system was dragging more smoke smell into the room and turned it off but someone smoked just outside my door late at night and it wafts under the door into the room. The location is convenient but you’re overlooking a very busy junction which is very noisy. The staff were helpful and kind. I’d probably stay here again if just for a night but there’s not much space in the room for staying longer.

When I chose this villa, it was said that the rooms are 18 sqm. However, my room, including the bathroom and the wardrobe in the wall, was no more than 14 sqm. The room's entrance is from a hall protected from the rest of the space by a door with a code. The closing and opening of this door make an infernal noise, which is strongly disturbing if it happens after 10-11 p.m. Even the doors of the rooms are not inferior from this point of view. The problems mentioned above can be fixed with a little effort. Otherwise, the price of the accommodation seemed balanced to me. If you want to transfer from the airport to the city or vice versa using the shuttle bus, you must be careful because it stops somewhat chaotically, and the schedule is not respected. In addition, this shuttle bus is a very small minibus with a very modest interior and exterior appearance.

The villa is ideally located for those who want to explore the old part of Belgrade. The building is old, which preserves the air of history. The furniture is of good quality. The owner was very kind to me. The traditional food is tasty, and the prices are pretty affordable. At a distance of about 50 m, bus stops can take you where you want. Tickets are very cheap, and the buses run well. For example, for one day, a card with access to all means of transport in zone A costs at most 1.20 EURO per day.
