I really enjoyed my stay a lot. The suite was spacious, highly clean, and very comfortable. Its location at the corner of King Fahd Road and Khurais Road offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire square and the intersection, surrounded by stunning skyscrapers. The area is lively and central. The staff were wonderful—special thanks to Mr. Saud at the reception for his exceptional service and warm welcome.

Maybe our only gripes were that the TVs in the room are quiet small compared it's distance from the seating area/bed, and the scent diffuser boxes in the floor hallways and reception were a bit too strong for my nose allergies.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was excellent! The staff particularly were outstanding and catered for our every need. Breakfast staff and kitchen team were very considerate to our requests, our housekeeping guy Ariful always served with a smile on. We had a small issue with the microwave and Jitendra from the engineering team replaced the item the appliance in 5 mins. Front desk team were very helpful explaining Riyadh to us as first time visitors. Overall I'd recommend this place for many reasons but their staff and hospitality made our stay a unique and comfortable start for our journey in Riyadh.

Excellent location, specially fine and soft smell everywhere. Very clean, attentive staff, very good breakfast with wide variety of choices for different preferences. Top quality toiletries from luxury brand. Best choice when you visit Riyadh specially if you want to stay in that area of the city.

The pool unfortunately did not meet our expectations as we got this accommodation because of the nice pool area, we saw from the pictures that the hotel had an amazing pool area with sun beds and ombrellas, which unfortunately was not the case, so we could not really enjoy the pool. The rest was very good :)

Except for some minor things, it was all good.

The Check In went very well, even so, we arrived quite late in the evening. Same for the Check out, since we had to leave very early in the morning (4:30am) to catch a flight. The staff was very helpful there. The Gym was of good size and the breakfast had something for everyone.

It is a bit of a personal issue as I have small kids. It is difficult for the small kids to reach up to the bathroom sink there is a significant distance between the marble and where the sink actually start.

I loved EVERYTHING about the property, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The city view was amazing, the restaurant and menu variety is very good and the outdoor pool area looks lovely with a view to the city. The staff were great and super professional from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. I went there on my birthday as we visited Riyadh and the hotel sent a complimentary lovely cake with a happy birthday message on it and a bowl of fruits which made my day feel extra special. Accommodated our late check out request with no issues, 10/10 for everything and I would definitely visit again.
