1. They only have bathtubs, but no support was installed for elderly and handicapped for using the tub. This may result in slipping in the bathroom. Secondly sink height is very high, you cannot wash your feet in the sink, you need to use the bathtub … 2. The evening /night shift receptionist experienced communication difficulties, likely due to a language barrier. This may have contributed to a perception of limited cooperation and a lack of welcoming demeanor. 3. We found the staff lazy …. We have requested for water bottles took them an hour to give and when we requested for bell boy , again it took more than 15 minutes for him to come and i didn’t find any crowd in the lobby which may caused this delay…

The furniture should be better maintained as I found lots of stains and burnt edges on the floor and tables. Pillows are stuffy and need to have more types. Water flow in the shower is too slow.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The furniture is nice and the bed is comfortable. All 5* hotel’s amenities are available in the room and bathroom and can’t think of anything missing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Late check out is always granted…

We didn’t have hot water in a room fro two days which was frustrating, and management wasn’t responsive at all.

Looks better than on pictures, especially interior. Parking was free. Internet very good in a room and lobby. No noise from the streets, breakfast was local food, menu changed every day, generally very nice food.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel because this is my favorite hotel in Riyadh for the ease of access to tourist places, the comfort of the spacious rooms, the excellent treatment by the staff, and finally the parking available at the hotel.

Confusing property name with another Al Hayat at a nearby location. Street noise - right on freeway.

Internet was not connecting at many times. Average breakfast The room was not sound proof , could hear all Car honkings and road noise throughout. Sleep was a bit difficult

Worst staff, dont speak english, I stayed for 3 nights but they never tried to send the washroom supplies or water bottles by themselves. The reception staff is very bad, I tried to paid them the complete amount in cash during checkin but they said they dont have change so didnt accept the whole amount, after that they kept bothering me every other day although the remaining amount was not even 10% of the total. They kept on disabling my access card everyday and I had to get it activated every day.

The rooms are very spacious, washrooms are equipped, clean and spacious also. Breakfast is also good.

The breakfast was very good. The location was okay. The room was very clean and cosy. The staff very friendly and helpful. I needed a late check-out and there was absolutely no problem with that.

The food was served with plastic cutlery and really everything was covered with plastic which is hygienic but not looking nice or enjoyable. Only tiny water bottles were available. Both telephones in my room did not work, so I used the one in the hall. My cosmetic stuff (unused cotton pads and swaps) and my toothbrush were thrown away, the bathrobe and the bathmat removed after the first night. After telling the reception, nothing happened unfortunately. The shower set the whole bathroom under water as the drainage didn't work properly.

The room was big, quiet and clean. The room service and the prices for drinks and food very pleasant. The food also tasted very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
