Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the water was cut off, we spoke to the staff they were helpful and trying to solve the issue for the water but i took hours without water and it was disappointing.
Good location, clean, neat and wonderful staff pleasant helpful and corporative.

Rooms not sound proof, the center table was looking old and scratched and was off the theme of the room, parking is tight if you have a car; underground parking is dark and has an odd smell. No tissue was provided.
The place was clean and the facilities were ok. But I stayed only a couple of days. So it wasn't a bad experience.

You can definitely tell the hotel has been around for a long time from the state of the furniture. The beds, closets, sofas, and doors need deep cleaning and maintenance. I came in with my family and we had some kids, the place wasn’t clean as it should so we had to clean it ourselves again. The water heater wasn’t working properly and we had to shower in cold water. Also we had very noisy neighbors yelling and screaming in the corridor letting their kids and women outside their units and nothing was done until I called to complain at 2 am and yet I had to go out and deal with them
The staff were very friendly and responsive. They actually allowed us to checkin a couple hours earlier and checkout a couple hours later. The welcoming was very good as well.

- the price was more than doubled compared to ten days before, which was quite disappointing as it was my third stay (at least one week each time) - several mattresses were not as confortable as during our last stays - neighbors in the hotel were very noisy every night up to fajr time, they woke up me, my wife and our children several times... This is absolutely unacceptable... Something must be done about that - there is a coffee place aside the hotel with a lot of noise during night time, up to fajr time sometime, which is very annoying and not acceptable too... something must be done about that as well - wifi connexion was cutting many times, sometimes for several hours...
- Exceptional staff, very helpful and accommodating, always trying their best to answer the needs - Very confortable and clean apartment, includes most of what is expected and needed in an aparthotel (some items might be missing, just need to ask to the staff) - AC working very well and quitely (not the case eveywhere...!) - wifi connexion good sometime - excellent location, many shops and restaurants/fastfood at walking distance (2 min), very nice and popular neighborhoud

Though payment was done for two days I have been called frequently saying the second day payment is still pending when I was busy, although this misunderstanding cleared later however they have system with all records they should check properly before calling but this was minor issue
Cleaning, furniture, ambience was good. Rooms are neat and clean Working staff is friendly. There are a lot of options available for eating nearby.
