We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Saudi ArabiaNot value for money we paid nearly (700 SAR) for a night. It took forever to check in. Staff members had no urgency and there was no sense of queue. We checked in after 5.00 pm and At 9.30 am there were knocks on the door checking when we were leaving.

South AfricaFirstly the ladies are unfriendly at reception. I booked the previous night but came in at 9.30am the next morning. The lady tells me check in at 4pm after explaining and showing her reservation. She gave us rooms .the person behind did not book for the previous night.so his check in was at 4pm. But the same lady gave him the room for free ie.very early check in n i had to pay for my 2 rooms. Favouritism because the person spoke in arabic but was a south african like me. There is racism in this hotel. Rooms are not clean n very rude house keeping. Very small rooms. But the price you pay is what you get
