The room is very small but has the necessities. If you have luggage, the room gets very cramped, hence difficult to move around. I guess good for just sleeping since you spend most of the time out.

The location is great in the heart of the city. There is a train station nearby, and a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is clean and accessible with a lift. The breakfast covers the basics. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was excellent.

The seating arrangements for breakfast were not so good, very tight! One staff member in the evening was standoffish and not answering questions kindly, made me feel like a nuisance.

The location is amazing, close to many restaurants and bus/subway stops. The breakfast is ok, buffet style with different options. The staff member that checked me in was super helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at a room next to the elevator, and it was very loud when doors were opening (bell ringing). So it's good to have your own earplugs ;)

The location was perfect, very close to different metro and bus stops, it was possible to order a breakfast box because we had to check out early. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, good space to hang your clothes.

Strange thing was that in the description it was written that all the rooms are available through elevator, however it turned out that on the 2nd floor ater the elevator, to get to some rooms, you still need to take like 5 stairs. It is not what was written in the description and it may confuse some people ( like me, as I happen to be a person with disability and yeah it was a kind of an issue for me. Fortunately it wasn't a big deal to change the room). And actually it was pretty weird that no room had any kind of window

The place was very clean and the stuff was always happy to help ( if needed). Except one guy, the rest of the stuff was always saying ''hej'' with a true, genuine smile on their faces. The food was really good too, fresh and with a lot of options so everyone could find something for breakfast (whether sweet or salty ). The structure is located like 200 meters from the metro station ( 2 stops from central station), so it does not require a lot of time to go to the city center

Most of the rooms are below the ground with no windows so will mess up your time reference.

Location is pretty good with a metro around the corner or a 30 min walk to the city center. Room wasn't that spacious but just right. Had a huge tv at the end of the bed and the shower was very good. Breakfast was okay, just typical hotel breakfast with nothing special. Staff was friendly.

There could have been a little shelf for the person who is sleeping against the wall to use. The shower did not drain very well so there was a lot of water in the bathroom. TV cast also didn’t work.

The breakfast was definitely on a lower range within Stockholm hotels. Not so many choices (e.g. hard boiled eggs were missing which is a total breakfast standard). I couldn't find high child seat in breakfast area. Breakfast serving starts quite late and it is hard to find such information prior the booking. No barrier-free entrance so you need to ask for a help with pram.

Everything was perfect except breakfast. Good price for this location, very nice and clean room, super comfortable beds. I highly recommend this place for everybody who wants to stay close to city centre for a reasonable price.

I like the breakfast and small gym in the basement. It was really small but for me it was enough, especially if we took into account the weather on that day. Also, it was a sweet surprise that our room was provided by the kettle.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Everything was clean and fresh, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention the young woman at the reception—she had a beautiful smile and made me feel extra welcome. The service overall was excellent. First night in a small room with no windows, no wardrobe, it was awful. I complained with the staff and the night after I was moved in a larger room with a window (still no wardrobe). Since then, I have appreciated my stay.
