How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything is great at this hotel! It feels calm and quality when you come in and you feel like you have come home. The staff are extremely helpful, whether in Reception or at the bar or restaurant. Selection of 'bar games' too :) The room was a nice size (703), the bed was soft and warm.

room was not as good as the one we had in the summer - decor looked more tired. Bath/shower didn’t have a proper secure sealant which will cause problems with mould

Strong cleaning chemical smell in the room and a bit noisy due to the room be close to the elevator (which I asked to not be).
Good board games for entertainment for the kids. Nice breakfast and close to major hiking areas near to Stockholm. Good size for the family room.

Bar closed a little early 11pm, we were quite a large group, so it was a little bit of a hassle to order drinks later.
Was concerned I was a little far from city, but train is very near and not expensive, very easy to navigate. Rooms, staff and breakfast all great. Bar area very nice but a little small - we did have quite a large group though. There was an excellent Chinese buffet restaurant a short walk from the hotel too.

there was a sauna (bastu) if it is possible add a minibar to there You would like to get some drinks or water after the hot sauna.
Breakfast was good and tasteful. Hotel is situated in good place if You want to travel also with train. Shommpincenter is also nearby and we had a nice view to the lake behind the hotel, all was good !

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Room not cleaned during the stay which was a shame as floor had lots of bits on it. We did ask cleaner for fresh towels which wasn't a problem.
Rooms basic but clean and comfortable - minimal space to hang clothes and no drawer unit. Good selection at breakfast and plenty to choose from.

The bed was too soft for my taste.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The sauna was great and very fresh. Above all, the breakfast was fantastic. There were so many options to choose from and you can tell the hotel takes pride in preparing variations of hotel standards, such as a scrambled eggs, but with bleu cheese. So tasty. my kids were very excited to try new tastes. American hotels have a lot to learn from Quality Winn.

Parking wasn’t attached to hotel.
Room was very comfortable and large. Breakfast was good. Small fee to use superbly equipped gym attached to hotel.
