I fully understand the recpect to the nature and efficiency concerns but I never understand freezing cold rooms in Scandinavia. So it is not particularly this hotel but it is a general rule in this part of the world. The bathroom was underfloor heated but the room itself had this air blowing HVAC system that never warms up a room properly. In opposite, they usually blow cold air into the room hence it is better to keep it off rather than trying to warm up a little. I don't like to sit in my snow coat in my hotel room.

The hotel was very well located for airport access. Luckily I was visiting our partners in the same area so it was ultra convenient for me. Hard to comment for everyone though. The hotel itself feels very new and high quality. The restaurant provides adequate menu for nearly every taste. Breakfast had loads of selections, I really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, i'd stay again.

Quite remote location. The check-in took longer than expected as only 1 person working the Bar, Restaurant & Reception. There also wasn't much choice of food in Restaurant.

I found the pillows uncomfortable and the light controls hard to adjust.

This was a clean and enjoyable place with a helpful staff and a terrific breakfast buffet which opened at 4:00 AM! Plenty of time for us to enjoy food before leaving on the 5:00 shuttle bus back to the airport.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Children got a welcome drink, there was also a quiz for them. Large family room for 4 for a good price. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

We ordered a family room for 4 people, 13 and over. We got one big bed and a very small pull out couch that was not even ready when we came.

Room was too warm; no explanation given to operate the remote temp control; no luggage rack in room and only 1 chair. Had to place suitcase on ottoman.

Nice and spacious room. Breakfast really big and good. Friendly staff. Really nice that they have the free airport shuttle (to and from). Very good if you want to stay close to the airport but not exactly near it.

The shuttle bus didn´t work from 0.00-4.30, because of the delayed flight we got by taxi. In the morning at 8 we were woken up by the noise coming from repairing works somewhere in the hotel. In the bathroom the shower door was not convenient, it doesn´t suit for overweight/ plump people because of the way how it opens.

The choice at breakfast was execellent! The shuttle bus needs booking a bit in advance but it goes every 20 minutes which is not a problem at all.

Some noise from planes taking off. But that's to be expected due to such closeness to airport.

The location was great for transiting like me on long haul flight needing a place to rest before next flight. Breakfast was great so was the staff very attentive caring and helpful catering to all needs. Lady at Reception was lovely she made best efforts to make my stay easy n comfortable. Shuttle very.well organised between hotel and airport.

Cleanliness of the room: 4 out of 6 towels had stains, also some stains/discoloration on pillows

The bed where not so comfort. Pillows small and thin. If you got muscle tensions on neck, you get more after 1 night sleep.
