Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandOnly some construction around the building but that is temporary and would not impact my decision about coming back there. :)
Designer hotel overseeing the city. Room was spacious (more than I expected), clean and well isolated. The swimming pool was a gem and not too crowder. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Hong KongTheir reception area is located on the 25th floor. The check-in procedure is a bit confusing. There are three open counters in that area. Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do. There was no clear indication. There must be a simple solution for that. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. To some people, that could be one of the determining factors for choosing a hotel. Placing extra boxes of tissues by the bed and the coffee and tea counter would be nice. These small and inexpensive items would make life more convenient for your guests.
The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants open from early morning to late evening, so you have many options. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable; to a point, I wanted to know where I could get their mattress. Breakfast is buffet-style, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes and preferences. I want to compliment the restaurant's service team on their efficiency and courtesy during the busiest breakfast hours. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism.

KuwaitReview: 9/10 Andaz Singapore by Hyatt is an exceptional hotel that blends luxury, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city. From the moment you step into the stylish, contemporary lobby, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a refreshing drink, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Family-Friendly & Spacious Rooms For families, Andaz Singapore is a fantastic choice. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities that cater to both adults and children. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline, from the Marina Bay Sands to the bustling city streets. The plush bedding and modern interiors create a cozy yet sophisticated environment, ensuring a restful night for the whole family. Amazing Views & Prime Location The hotel’s location in Bugis is unbeatable. It’s directly connected to Bugis MRT, making it incredibly convenient to explore family-friendly attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, and the Singapore Zoo. You’re also within walking distance of vibrant cultural districts like Kampong Glam and Haji Lane, where kids and adults alike can enjoy the colorful streets, unique cafes, and local shopping. Dining & Rooftop Experience Andaz Singapore boasts a variety of dining options, with the highlight being the rooftop bar, Mr. Stork, which offers 360-degree views of the city—a must-visit for sunset lovers. The breakfast buffet at Alley on 25 is diverse, catering to different dietary preferences with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Kids will love the spread, and parents will appreciate the excellent coffee and fresh pastries. Service & Room Service The overall service at Andaz is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. However, the one area that could use improvement is the room service, which tends to be slower than expected.

While the room was slightly smallish, it was very nicely designed and comfortable. Adequate room for storage. Well located to get to major things to see with a 10-15 minute cab ride. Many local restaurants nearby. Several breakfast choices from continental to full breakfast. Limited alcohol choices at the bar, however.

Hong KongHotel cannot find our booking at checkin. Luckily we called booking.com many times before we arrived to get the hotel's confirmation number. We did not miss the room at the end. The check-in receptionist not nice. They gave the Singaporean kids Christmas welcome gift but not for the foreign kids. The room is good, but the service is not up to 5 star standard.

BruneiThe only thing may be the 2 sets of elevator that we need to go through in order to reach our room from the main entrance and vice versa. Good thing is that the elevator didn't take long.
The room was really nice! Love the layout of vanity, toilet and shower. Bed was super comfortable. Great selection of complimentary refreshments and free bottles to take home in the name of sustainability I.e. stop single use plastics.
