- I wouldn't book a room facing the street in this hotel if you're a light sleeper. The noise from busses and trucks in the morning kept me awake, even with earplugs

- I liked the friendly and helpful staff - the hotel has a convenient location close to the bus stop, the old town but not bang in the middle of the crowded city center - the room was spacious and had all amenities

The location was great for exploring the historic centre. The hotel is nice, has all you need. The room is spacious enough, and is clean. The breakfast is good too. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

From the moment I arrived, you went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was particularly touched by your kindness in allowing me to check in early, even though the official check-in time was later in the afternoon. It was such a relief to be able to settle into my room after a long journey, and I truly appreciated your flexibility. Similarly, on my departure day, you extended your generosity by allowing me to stay in the waiting area even after the check-out time. It was a rainy day, and your understanding meant I could wait comfortably and dry until my bus to Rimini arrived. The bed was too firm for our liking. It wouldn’t say it was terrible but not the most comfortable. It would have been nice to have coffee & tea making abilities in the room. Parking was a bit tricky. I didn’t see that I needed to book ahead for parking at the hotel. We spent a while driving around to try to find something.

The location of Joli is great for walking to see the old town & castle areas of San Marino. At check-in they upgraded our room to have a balcony with a beautiful view! The breakfast had a great variety of both hot & cold foods. The communication before we arrived was very helpful. I asked about parking options and they gave some suggestions, however these were both full when we arrived.

My room would not warm up at night!

Excellent location just by the bus stop from Rimini. Staff let me check in around noon which was awesome. Room was basic but comfortable and bathroom shower was excellent! Highly recommended!

Be aware that like most places in Europe, this hotel does not provide free parking. But, parking is not as expensive as other places we've been in Europe. The food at the restaurant for dinner was not that great, but it was not expensive and it saved us from having to go out into the cold to find an open restaurant.

It was a very good breakfast. The location is near the places you want to see. The staff was very friendly. Although not in Italy, it was the best place we stayed in while on the peninsula.

The hotel is well located just below the main tourist area in the old town of San Marino. Check-in and out was quick, the room had a great view and was comfortable, breakfast was great and parking in the lot next to the hotel was convenient.
