1. They sell too many day passes, so the pools get overcrowded. Since day-pass guests have access, they take all the lounge chairs and often don’t even use them. 2. The property has three entrances. If you use GPS (like Waze), it might route you through a rough road that requires a 4x4 vehicle. They should provide clear directions to the main entrance upon booking. 3. Food service at the restaurant is slow—it took at least an hour to get our meals. This might have been due to the holiday rush, but even with their efforts to prepare in advance, the wait wasn’t ideal. That said, the food itself was delicious.

The sea view was beautiful, and the area was clean. The amenities were great, and the overall scenery was stunning. It’s an excellent place to relax, enjoy the views, and have good food.

It does not have a real access to the beach because of where it's located. Charging $18 per person for a very small breakfast buffet is outrageous. No laundry service available.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pools and the whole property was well worth the price. We would definitely come back.

The throw pillows were very musty, and no in room coffee was provided. Coffee is available out of room and complimentary, which is nice, however my personal preference is in room coffee for those early mornings.

The pools, gardens, and views are exceptional! It's worth the visits for these things to enjoy. Great staff as well. Out of the city a little, however, it was kind of nice to feel the calm and wake up to the beautiful sounds of crashing waves. There was lots of space to feel comfortable on the grounds. The rooms were huge and the bed was very big and comfortable.

The hotel is hard to find. No room service or food available after 9:00pm so for our 10:00 pm check-in nothing to eat or drink and we were referred to the gas station about 2 miles away. Also they did not have the “mix” to make Piña Coladas and they ran out of rum, gin and vodka and potatoes for the dinner menu.

The service was very slow. For example two nights we had to call the reception desk because the restaurant wouldn’t answer. Then orders too well than an hour to get done and the hotel wasn’t even busy. Food was okay. Service needs to improve.

The beds are very firm. No warm water for showers, and one of the rooms had huge crack in door. Did not feel very secure since it was on ground level. And you either need to have an electronic translator or know enough Spanish to order food and check in/out. There were no English speaking staff. I

The location is great and less than a mile from Playa El Tunca in Surf City. It is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Pools and grounds are pretty.

Room Could use more updated fixtures and maybe a bit more furnished. The area of the jacuzzi could have more greenery to make it more tropical and not empty and simple. Also offer room service and their other services they may have to make you feel more welcome.

The bathroom lacked counter space, and there were no outlets in the restroom to use a blow dryer. The lighting was also dim, making makeup application an inconvenience.

The view was spectacular, majestic, and beautiful. All the local beaches are close by. As for the room, it was spacious but I, unfortunately, booked the wrong type of accommodation, so I was not too thrilled about it. The restroom in this type of selection lacked counter space, so all my toiletries were placed on the floor. I do give a thumbs up to the staff - courteous, helpful, and ready to answer any inquiries I had.

for the view I could have gone to any restaurant around, the hotel does not offer anything more atractive, the jacuzzi has cold water, when there is no beach to get hot, at least should have a hot watter to relax.
