The location was fantastic it was right off Soi 11 but it was quiet given the location being in the middle of a busy area. The facilities were great and the room was very comfortable. Has a great pool area as well with a nice bar but we didnt get to use it much given the weather. All in all this was a great stay and great value and will be sure to book again when we are back in BKK

AustraliaNo complaints about the hotel itself and while the location was great for accessing areas we wanted to visit in Bangkok and with a Skytrain station less than a 10 minute walk away, the actual street the hotel was on was not our scene at all. Lots of noisy bars, nightclubs and cannabis shops which catered to a fairly rough calibre of partying tourists. I get that it would appeal to a certain demographic but it was not the family holiday we were after and it was a little embarrassing having local-born relatives walk down the street to reach to our hotel.
The hotel offered everything we needed during our two week stay to visit family. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly and helpful with any requests we had, including moving two of our booked rooms to a quieter floor and location in the hotel when we expressed concern about the level of noise from the street at night which was affecting sleep. The rooms were spacious, serviced daily and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet always had a lot of variety on offer and it was lovely to be able to use the rooftop pool to cool down throughout the day.
