the pillows and beds were below standard for the quality of the hotel. definitely in need of some upgrades. no smart tv in the rooms

Great pool access room, pools not over crowded, incredible location, staff and pina coladas! the onsite restaurant for dinner was also really yummy! Great sized rooms, oversized beds, and incredible water pressure in the shower (perfect for hair washing...)

The cocktails served at bar were in small plastic glasses that didn't cool.drinks. normal cocktails served in glass so wasn't a pool rule issue.

We stayed in room with direct access to pool, was plenty of space, modern and good value for money.

That we couldn’t stay longer 🥺

Sensational suite.. spacious, spotless and so quiet. The staff were sensational and the location was elite… close to the beach, markets, walking distance to a range of exceptional restaurants. We loved this property. Best place we’ve ever stayed in Thailand.

The first rooms where at bad shape and not so clean , the hotel immediately fixed it ( what they could ) and changed our rooms , the rooms on the first floor are much more recommend

Staff was great , very kind and pleasant, after we got our rooms they did everything to help and after complaining about several things in the room they immediately fixed the problem Access to the pool directly from the balcony, lots of pools and great pool bar with happy hours

We were in a pool access room, which was lovely. We paid extra for the luxury and convenience of getting into the pool right from our doorstep and wanted to spend a lot more time at the hotel. However, the people in the room next to us never stopped smoking, so it was not pleasant sitting outside of our own room as we then just had to breathe in their smoke all day long.I would only go back if there was a non-smoking section of the hotel with pool access rooms.

The flies in our room no 1711 which the staff dealt with the problem immediately as we changed room to 1713.

Our room no 1713 was lovely with a fantastic pool, The staff were exceptional with a special mention for Mrs Fon who was always so friendly and helpful.

Really nothing that could bother us.

The hotel contains of separate buildings of 4 rooms. There are a lot of swimming pools on the territory and each room has its own entrance to one of them. The room was clean. Interior has seen its best days but still in good condition. The bad was veeery big so three of us (2 adults + 6 year old son) could sleep together without disturbing each other. Wide varieties of food at breakfast. The beach is about 500 meters away, pretty close to the hotel. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.

We were disappointed that our requested room wasn’t honoured. Our room was changed after 2 days but the original room was below our expectations and much less private. As a returning customer we didn’t feel valued. Overall the rooms felt tired.

We missed somewhere to sit more people together in the evening. The pool bar closed at 6pm (even though it says in the information brochure in the room that it is open all evening). This was a shame as it would have been nice to be able to buy a drink and sit together, play cards etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Waters. Large, comfortable rooms. Great pool areas with sufficient lounge chairs and shade. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, but a bit crowded. There were many restaurant options, shops etc. right outside the hotel, and the night market was just 10 minutes' walk away. We could definitely stay there again.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast area - it was quite hot as it is alfresco and there were some flies but this can’t be helped as it is half outside.

The Water Wing of the property is absolutely amazing - set further back from the entrance it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The pools are amazing - clean and inviting. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable - they assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms are extremely clean and up to date with excellent wifi and air conditioning. The location of the resort is also perfect - surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance.
