The location was the biggest challenge during our stay. Most of the places we wanted to visit — Old Town, Patong, beaches, and malls — were at least a 30-minute ride away by Grab. Even with a scooter, the distances would have made the rides longer than what’s typically considered a casual or fun scooter trip. While the hotel does offer shuttle services to a beach and Old Town, the time slots are limited and end by 5 PM, which meant we often had to find our own way back. That said, given the hotel’s scale and secluded setting, it’s understandable that it’s not closer to the main areas — and honestly, we enjoyed the hotel so much that this didn’t negatively impact our overall experience.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and service was always fast and efficient. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the hotel’s stunning design — everywhere you looked, there was something beautiful to take in, whether it was the breathtaking views, lush greenery, or thoughtfully designed aesthetic spaces. A truly memorable experience!

Only ever so slight issue is the hotel is far from everything. But the free shuttle bus they provide makes it very very easy and the taxi service in Phuket (we used Bolt) is very cheap. So for us, it wasn’t an issue at all.

This was an exceptional hotel, the staff were truly amazing, especially Tun at the omelette station for breakfast and the waitress Fon, they are just superb. The rooms are huge with all the amenities you expect. The free tuk tuks to get around the hotel are brilliant and the complimentary mini bar in the room is a wonderful touch. Will 100% stay again! We loved our stay, it was faultless.

I didn’t know we have to book shuttle bus to the old town 24 hours prior but lucky it was sorted. I just wish it was stated in the hotel information if booking was necessary.

Prices for food and drinks were a tiny bit expensive for Thailand.

Very nice and clean room. Every day there were new drinks in the fridge for free. Room service did a good job aswell. The tuk tuk driver were always there immediately and very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was quite small with limited variety, and I wish the room service menu had more options—the food didn’t taste that great either. We also found leftover food plates from previous guests in the cabinet by the pool when we first arrived, which was disappointing. I do wish housekeeping had been a bit more thorough. Overall, the experience had some ups and downs, but the setting and service made a positive impression.

We originally booked a suite but decided to upgrade to the Tree Villa with a private pool—and it was absolutely worth it! The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location was also great; we actually preferred this area over Patong as it was more peaceful and charming. The private pool was exceptionally clean, and the overall experience was fantastic. I accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and the hotel kindly shipped it to my next hotel free of charge. That level of service really stood out. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We stayed in the Basil villa for 3 nights. The facilities were amazing, excellent staff, well maintained and very clean and big villa. Only downside is the location but we looked for a more chill and private place.

While I enjoy the secluded atmosphere and the TUK TUK on property rides, it was a little weird not to be able to walk...anywhere really.. There were no areas to walk to outiside, everything was a ride away. hence why the rides are free. there was a smell at the entrance by the gym and the big villa. We did a tour for a potential retreat, however the smell was a bit overbearing. It could of just been when we were there. If not I would look into it.

I loved everything about the location including how secluded it was but they offered the free transportation around the property and off the property which definetley set it apart from other hotels. The rides are included. The service was a phone call away for everything. I stayed in the tree villa, it was wonderful and big!

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were big and dense and hurt our necks with no other options in the closets.

The property was beautiful and serene. It was nice to come back to this setting after daily activities. This property is not walking distance to restaurants, stores or the beach, however they offer free shuttle to Old Town and beach daily or you can use grab or taxi via the hotel. There is a nice restaurant and small bar on the property. Order the breakfast with your room purchase!
