The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is also great - just a few minutes’ walk to Phuket Old Town - and very convenient for the Sunday Old Town Market (which is an absolute must-do). Would definitely stay again, great value for money.

No elevator, the AC is right above the bed and causes discomfort at night, the bathroom gets all wet because there is no curtain, the street light was too bright in our window, hand towels and iron missing.

The hotel is in a great location close to the city center, a cute breakfast place, massage and money exchange. 7/11 is also a few minutes walking. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in 1h earlier. The room had basic equipment. They cleaned every day.

Great value for money room on the edge of Phuket Old Town. Super convenient to get into the main areas yet quiet and peaceful. Loved the room, comfortable and had everything I needed, and the staff was really friendly to allow me to leave my bag before check-in.

The lady on reception was unwelcoming - almost rude. She seemed impatient and there was no smile, no 'hello' just held out her hand and demanded 'passport'. The hotel certainly has no kerb appeal and there are no facilities - I couldn't find the gym. However, my room was amazing.

Lovely clean room, incredibly comfortable bed and my laundry was done in about 4 hours incredibly cheaply even for Thailand. The location is perfect - exactly where you want to be.

There is not really anything I do not like.

The room is very clean. The room service is very good. I did not expect there is room service, so the room was left messy with all my stuffs around the room before I went out in the morning. When I came back in the evening, everything is clean and tidy. They even helped me put my personal items into order. The bed is comfortable, much better than I expected. The staff at the reception is very nice. The location is not far from the central area of the town, but much quieter than the hotels in the town center.

I’m not sure if it mentioned it on the booking but our room didn’t have a window, and when they say check in is at 2pm they mean it’s exactly 2pm, 4/5 other couples were sat in reception waiting for 2pm.

Hotel rooms were nice, small but had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy!

If I had to say something I’ll say no lift and no windows in the rooms that doesn’t have terrace (only in the bathroom)

Good value for money and really close to the old town centre. Also pretty close (15 minutes by car) to the port where you take the boat to go to Phi Phi
