If you’re a light sleeper like me, I’d strongly recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the street.

Very close to three moneys restaurant ( 5 minutes 🚗) and other places are 15-25 minutes only 🚗

The location is close to nothing. It is pretty far from Pattong, Bangla road or from the famous beaches. Pretty far from the airport too. You get a good rate of the room tariff. but be ready to pay on the taxis. They have shuttle services to phuket old town though.

The hotel was spacious and clean. It was not overly decorated. Simple and elegant. breakfast was OK. The "Indian" selection was nothing Indian though. The rooftop pool was very nice.

We went for breakfast at 9.30 a.m. Some menus were up and they did not refill. It was like they prepared too less and not enough for all guests.

The staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. The location is good or not depends on your choice. This hotel is far from beaches which I chose on purpose.

Centrally located, close to most of the International Schools. Very close to Central Phuket. A standard commercial hotel, not a resort. Neat and Clean. Decent rooms. No noise from outside. Room had big windows. Parking was comfortable and safe. Could not enjoy pool as it was on rooftop. Message was good and decent. Not too far from Kata and Karon. I drive every night to Karon.

The hotel apparently rose from this wasteland around the time of the great plague of 2020. Maybe there had been plans to develop the area into a resort before the pandemic, but as it stands in the first quarter of 2025 you're basically in a run-down area on the edge of an industrial park. Granted,  many guests will be venturing out to explore the islands,  but for days when all you want is some "local chilling out" this hotel needs to do more to compensate for the uninspiring immediate location by generating the "holiday feel'. Maybe more restaurants or a theatre show (e.g. Thai dancing..  ) would add something to this uninspiring area. Note that the existing 1st  floor restaurant serves some excellent dishes. The hotel staff do their best to set high standards of service and cleanliness, but the hotel needs some charisma to make up for the soulless environment. Glitches with house-keeping have been quickly resolved.

Good in many ways. The hotel manager was very prompt in resolving any issues. She responded well to issues. Staff was very polite and efficient. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very good experience.

The door was not very sound proof, I woke up every morning by the chatter on the hallway. While I could blame it on the people its a 5 star hotel and I would like to have a door that's insulated enough for me not to be woken up by chatter on the hallway. Reaching the city centre requires a taxi.

Big nice hotel, comfy bed, nice pool and facilities. Staff very friendly and I appreciate them giving young people a place to work at.

The only issue is that the hotel is quite far from any points of interest in Phuket's Old Town, being on its outskirts. Requiring either using the hotel shuttle van service (unfortunately offered only four times a day from the hotel to the Old Town) or a taxi to get anywhere.

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and offered a very pleasant stay. The gym is as would be expected from a hotel, and the pool is small but clean and nice. The hotel restaurant offers delicious, if somewhat pricey even for Phuket, food, and a large variety of it. The Chinese food at the restaurant is particularly notably delicious. The staff is very kind, and the booking of the shuttle van service is easy.

A lovely hotel but not 5* standard. The hotel is nice and comfortable, however breakfasts and other meals are okay. The rooftop swimming pool facility is lovely however not that clean or well maintained. The hotel needs some updates as it is a bit dated

The big big negative point and the cleaning that is not done 100% no need to search it can be seen with the naked eye, and the maintenance of the furniture that remains to be reviewed. Some sofas like those in the dining room are to be changed they get old the same for the tables.

Nice hotel overall, not much to say, the hotel staff is incredibly welcoming with the hotel residents. No breakfast option it's normal it's not super top, too bad for a nice hotel like that. But remains simple and abundant for the not too difficult. The Rooftop and the pool are super beautiful on the 7th floor
