Rock hard high profile pillow :-( bring your own pillow as they do not have any other alternatives. The room also smelt very damp.

It was the start of rainy season so after rains mosquitoes are very active. Staff are happy to spray rooms and leave extra sprays for us to use. This is part and parcel of travelling in Phuket but get you own spray for body & use liberally all the time..it does help a bit.

The resort was well located in Kata area, and was so tranquil albeit there were quite a few guests. The way it is laid out meant nowhere on the premises felt busy or crowded. The staff are amazingly attentive and happy to assist if any issues.

My only negative is the bar staff, they didn't really speak to you even when asking questions. A bit more interaction would have been nice.

Beautiful place that has been carefully designed. Great location and offers shuttle bus to the beach. Restaurant staff were absolutely lovely, special thanks to the lady cooking the eggs at breakfast, she was so lovely and welcoming! Receptionist staff very helpful and polite also.

The shower in our room was unpredictable - the rainfall setting did not work properly and the normal spray function sprayed horizontally. Gym could have been better equipped, but it was OK to keep ticking over.

Great pools with swim-up bars, a great breakfast and a clean, quiet and comfortable room. Conveniently located close to town and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was just absolutely amazing and it exeeded our expectations. We stayed at the villa and it was stunning. I loved having private pool access. Staff were super helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant on site is great. we felt were well looked after. The location was great too. If we ever came back to Phuket, I would no doubt stay at Sawasdee again. The spa was incredible as well.

I had a problem with my phone after visiting Wat Chalong Temple. For some reason, I had no internet connectivity and could not use Bolt or find a taxi. It was scary as my flight was leaving that evening. The only place I could reach by phone was the front desk of Sawasdee Village. There was the language barrier with my limited Thai and their limited English. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager who spoke a bit more English, but got nowhere. The receptionist just advised that I take a taxi. But unless you are able to call one or use Bolt, there are no taxis or public transport on the roads near temple. Ultimately, I met other visitors who called a car for me... Very kind. It was this family that saved me from missing my flight! - The problem was with my phone for some reason not pulling up internet so I could use Bolt or access transport some other way. But this could happen to other guests and it might not work out so well every time. I'd have really appreciated Sawasdee Front Desk Reception calling a car for me. In those last hours of my stay, I realized that once off resort grounds, the resort offers little to no support.

Sawasdee Village is an absolutely beautiful resort. There is very high level attention to design detail in every inch of the place! I especially appreciated the low tone chimes and relaxing sounds that one experiences as you walk throughout. And the tiny lights at night (even in pools) are absolutely magical! I very much enjoyed my stay! I was in a corner room in the garden oasis area... Gorgeous! And super private! - I stayed at Sawasdee several days during Songkran and of course got completely soaked in a songthiew while enroute to the resort. I appreciated the warm and reassuring welcome I received upon arrival. There was consistent attentiveness and positivity from all younger staff on the resort grounds. Especially the doorman, van to beach driver, restaurant staff and room cleaners/maintenance moving about the resort... All lovely! The older gentleman who helps people safely cross the road out front... An absolute angel! ~ Thank You Sawasdee!

Wow, it was amazing! We stayed 5 nights with our son in a room with Pool access and enjoyed everything. All was so beautiful and clean. The area in the night - amazing. Breakfast very good. But Especially the staff made our stay wonderful. Our son still speaks from them (The security man, women in the lobby, luggage carrier - they were great. Sorry we dont remember the names. But Thanks a lot!!)
