住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分,我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加,然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统,这意味着点评越新,对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外,住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”,例如:位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意,住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的,所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿,或者您曾到店但并未实际入住,都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评,请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现,我们会将其删除,并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外,无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告,我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下,无论是好评还是差评,我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是,我们不会展示(在其它内容中)包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论:

- 个人或敏感信息(如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料)

真实点评這邊優點就是離機場近,且入住時會先問你什麼時後要到機場,這邊有接駁車可以接送。
浴室內水壓不穩,且會忽冷忽熱,加上會有蟑螂出沒,一開始入住時的浴室看起來就沒打掃清潔,浴室內地上已經先鋪好腳踩的布,但是布上有看到頭髮,明顯未打掃! 還有早餐種類選擇也不多,如果不是班機需求,不用選擇這家。

馬桶使用起來不太像高級飯店的設備。

真实点评建議 貴網站在各酒店的訂房的同房型的第一選項應該可以改善為直接註明 "不含早餐", 而不要和第二選項(真正有含早餐) 都是註明 "含早餐, 此二者唯一差別只是在: 第一選的 "含早餐" 的後面雖然有加註 "可以到酒店現場加購" , 形成對 貴公司訂房的顧客容易造成誤漏讀完全文所形成的一個無形的陷阱。

氛围诡异,设备老旧,空调会自动开一会关一会,声音很大,根本睡不好。感觉阴森森的,门锁看着也不是很安全的样子。
