The private beach is a solid five minute walk by stairs only. The private beach is not that impressive and I saw some trash washed up.

The customer service was great until it was time to check out, the gentleman that did our check out was not pleasant at all did not ask about our stay and never say thank you he just wanted us to pay the bill and was not helpful explaining it either it is a shame that our beautiful stay ended with this unpleasant check out experience but beside that the rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful

This place is a gem!!if you are looking for a vacation in paradise combine with some peace and privacy this is the place you feel like you are in your own little paradise and they have lot of choices in term of food basically no need to leave the resort grounds

Very luxurious resort with nice rooms and private pool. very small private beach but very convenient. Breakfast is ok with limited options but it can be brought to your room for little extra.. Spa is superb! I recommend it for couples who want to have romantic vacation.

don t book tennis the coach is great but the all set up is messy spent 15 minutes to find balls as an external coach took all of the hotel ones during our class and pretended it was his. The hotel should not allowed external coaches who messed up internal coaches lessons!

- Initially, the villa we checked into didn’t provide complete privacy, as higher villas overlooked ours, and its proximity to the shore made us visible to guests swimming in the hotel’s main pool. After sharing our concerns with the reception, the staff were very accommodating and offered alternative options. We eventually moved to a villa called Angle LV 11, located at the far end of the sunrise row, which offered better privacy. - The breakfast buffet mainly offering Thai dishes and lacked variety. -The hotel is located on the mountainside, far from the Old Town and City Center, it takes about 30-minute ride to reach the city center. - Pool is temperature controlled.

- The Luxury One Bedroom Ocean View room features stunning views, generous space, and is impeccably clean. - The staff are incredibly friendly and understanding.

The Wifi connection and speed

The staff was very good and respectful. The room was very clean and smells good. Amenities and a complementary snacks was available daily which was very generous of them. Definitely recommend the place 10/10

Steep step to get up in the Tuktuk, might be a bit challenging for the elderly.

Great location with spectacular sea view right from your room. Staffs ranging from servers/drivers/receptionists etc were very friendly and attentive. We forgot the keycard in the room locked ourselves outside and within 5 min after we called front desk the staff arrived. Clean and well maintained room. Various food options for breakfast. Chicken curry tastes really good.

the breakfast items had pork and mixed with the Halal stuff, we did not know until asked the staff.

the private pool in the room was really private, no one can see us from outsite, and water is clean, but it was cold until past the afternoon. the view was amazing, looking at the ocean and few small green islands. the breakfast was not the best, but not bad, so many fruits.

The place is awesome, the room with the pool is fantastic, the whole resort is fantastic. There are awesome views, the food from restaurants very good. You will find very nice views in the resort. If you want something special this location is the option:)
