The room furnitures could use some upgrade. Everything smelled a bit old and cleaning in the rooms could be better too (especially the glass mirrors in the toilet). The toilet is quite small (saying this as a 5’3 asian woman).

The staff were kind and always ready to help. Even gave us some recommendations of alternative places when the rain came pouring and we couldn’t go to the night market. Location is also great. Pretty central to everything but bangkok traffic can be unpredictable.

It is outside the prime area of Bangkok, although quite accessible via Sanam Pao BTS. Cleanliness can be uplifted for room make up and hotel guest floor area.

Took 3 days towards the end of our stay for a different staff member to issue us with a second key card for room, which is always a must in my opinion. Though the staff were friendly overall..

Location to BTS, clean tidy rooms. Great showers. Good value for money hotel. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely. Great location for the BTS which made it easy to travel into city. Also a 7-11 nearby. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby to start your day with. My negatives are that there is wear and tear/stains in rooms which may need touching up. I also thought there would be a wide-ranging breakfast buffet but this was very limited in the attached restaurant (which is not part of the hotel itself). Fruit, cereal, toast. No cooked items. As a celiac this was very limiting for me compared to other places I’ve stayed in Thailand and I had to go elsewhere each day. I was comfortable here but not blown away.

Entry door didn't fit the frame properly, you could see light round the edges which allowed undue noise from comings and goings outside. I accept this may be the result of the recent earthquake but after changing rooms I noticed that door fitting in general needs addressing.

Location is great BTS 200mtr close to 7 Eleven no road noise on an evening. Staff are great it's worth a stop.

The choice of the bathroom tap is not quite right as water runs on the edge of the sink, which causes lots of splashes around the vanity when you wash your hands. It’s true there aren’t many options for dining in this area but Grab delivery is handy. Wifi drops out from time to time.

The cafe at the foyer makes great coffee, my go to every day. The water of the small pool is not so cold and the small gym has everything I need. The staff and the housekeeping ladies are nice and friendly. 5 minute walk from the bts station, which conveniently leads

Toilet position was so impractical. Husband is 6’4” - say no more! Blind covering the window from bedroom to bathroom was tatty, bent /broken and the whole room decor just needed a revamp.

Bed was really comfortable, big shower, great location for train. Pool area was nice to have, we didn’t use it.

You can tell that some facilities like furniture, iron needs a bit of a refurbish but other than that no complaints.

This hotel was only a 3mins walk from the station so that made getting around very easy. They had a pool and gym with great opening hours.

Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow and that would be the only downside;

-The proximity of the hotel to the Sanam Pao BTS; -Restaurant inside the hotel so that if needed one can go there and eat there; -Close proximity to Ari station where there are also many options; -10 min walk to a coin laundry to clean the clothes if needed;
