United KingdomThe food was limited and at lunchtime I did not get to select what I wanted. Food was brought out to me and I was not asked what I would like. This was very strange for an all inclusive option.

AustraliaThe property is in quite a tired location with many closed down hotels around the area. The hotel itself was very worn, it’s obvious that no attention is paid to the upkeep of facilities and features around the hotel. Our door to the balcony wouldn’t close, the wifi didn’t reach our room well, the water to the shower and tap was salty/stinky and bedding/towels very worn.
The pool area was beautiful. It’s a decent stay for the price, especially if you’re looking for an affordable stay in the area. The photos just don’t give an honest representation of the current state of the hotel.

NigeriaThe level of smoking in and around the hotel was disgusting. People were smoking even in the reception area without recourse to other guests. Secondly, I was not happy that wifi was not extended to the rooms. I was not happy that I only had access to internet facilities only when I am in the restaurant or the reception.

United KingdomSome staff didn't even acknowledge your presence and looked miserable, some areas were tired andneed fixing, replacing or re painting. People smoked anywhere in the hotel so it always smelt like smoke, our cleaner didnt always come to the room and we had to ask for things to be changed sometimes.
The hotel was quite and chill, some staff were friendly. Our room had a lovely view. And the hotel areas seemed clean. There was always music or football played in the bar which gave something to do in the evenings. There was a beach area close by which was nice however I wouldn't say it's a private beach area. The location is good for getting to hammement or for places you can get food or some small shopping.

New ZealandAs previously mentioned, the sound created from the elevator is awful. Some facilities are outdated or not in use, the location is touristic so it’s far from anything useful (meaning a reliance on the hotels food/drinks unless you’re willing to walk). There’s no WiFi in the rooms which is bizarre for 2023 and a 4 star hotel.
Contrary to many reviews the hotel is fine, but just that. It needs some attention, a little bit of care and some paint. it’s dated and a lot of facilities are closed (like the gym, which is barely a gym anyway). There’s a constant futuristic whirring from the lift so I’d advise declining a room near it. The staff are friendly and the bar is reasonably priced.
