Elevators don't really work. We had a disabled person who had issues taking the stairs

Access to the beach is very nice Food at the restaurant is not bad compared to other hotels in the region Beds and rooms are very spacious and comfortable

The sauna was not very warm, and there weren't any hooks in the hotel room, so we had to improvise where to hang towels and bath robes.

Food options were solid and varied, the hotel room was spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff were lovely. Wonderful short weekend break. Several nice places to tuck into a drink or a good book between dips in the pool and ocean. First time doing this sort of all-inclusive experience and it was really extremely pleasant. Facilities were all well maintained and tidy and well updated.

We are pescatarian and we felt the food on the first two days was really lacking and not good quality. It was very quiet in terms of guests those days and I think it really impacted the food. The second two days the food got so much better and we wondered was it because there were more guests. We didnt find the staff to be that helpful. We weren’t given a proper overview of how everything works such as full access to the sister hotel or how to get towels. It took 20 minutes on the first day to figure out how to get pool towels. Another day we asked for more shower gel and we were still in the room 1h30 later with no sign. We tried again later that night and again no luck. While there is the restaurant along with a pizza and crepe bar, there were no other snacks available and not a store onsite. The indoor pool and spa were also disappointing. The pool space was heated but not the pool itself. The sauna also only fit 3 people at a time which made it difficult to get a spot. While the hammam was spacious there wasn’t a lot of steam.

We were upgraded to a suite which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean and modern. The main pool and outdoor areas were very nice and felt luxurious. Being there during off season meant it was super quiet and relaxing, and also meant we could easily chill at the pool but can imagine during the summer for it to be insanely busy. Having access to as many drinks as you want was also a bonus!

When we went there we were surprised that my son, 10 years old, was charged as an adult ??? When we raised a claim, the feedback was that above 6 years old, the child is considered as an adult as per their policy ???? It's our first time that we hear this. For information, the previous year we were there and my son was not charged at all (he was 9 years old)

    Everything was good

Food was great, garden is well maintained, beach is pretty and staff was friendly and inside pool was heated (we stayed in winter). Also I really liked the design, art and interior of the public spaces. Rooms were comfortable but less stylish than public areas.

Unfortunately, there's no toothpaste or iron in the room. Not a big deal, but a small suggestion for next time. I didn't like the fact that the burkini was not allowed. I'm not a hijabi, but if I want to wear one one day, I can't go there anymore. Hygiene excuses are not legitimate. In Germany, there are the biggest wellness spas in the world, and burkini is allowed there. I don't think any other hotel cares more about hygiene than this resort.

The room was perfect, we found almost everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. The buffet was varied and good. What I liked most was that there are yoga classes with a great teacher and the place where you do it is so relaxing and has a beautiful view of the beach.

We tried to book our inclusive 30 minute massage on the first day and were told they were fully booked until after we would have left however we had to pay for a session out of hours.

Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The all-inclusiveness was brilliant, food was varied and very good.

However, there were a few things that I disliked. - The food buffet during the weekend was downgraded, and it didn't meet the standard considering the pricing. - Another disappointment was that we didn't get to benefit from the spa and the restaurants à la carte, even though they were supposed to be part of the ‘'all-inclusive package'’ from the first day of our stay until the last day. The hotel claimed they were fully booked… -Additionally, we found it unfair that we had to pay the same price for both adults and our 8-and 11 year-old kids when comparing it to other five-star hotels

Overall, it was a good experience at this hotel. I particularly liked the location and the facilities, including the outside garden, the beach, and the rooftop bars with their music (group band Friday and Saturday) and their variety of cocktails and drinks.

The SPA has a very poor service not at the level of the rest of the hotel which has a high quality service. I found the SPA staff very little welcoming, not presenting their services and not keen on answering our questions. It was a disappointment.

I liked the professionalism and kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The garden around is well taken care off which was very nice to see.
