There is a need to improve the quality of the products they serve like the juices that are the worst, they tasted like powdered fruit flavor drinks with a lot of water.. Some places looked outdated and needed cleaning for the comfort of the guests.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel looks good. The room had a beautiful view.

The hotel overcharged me by 150 pounds, they didn't charge me the price that was agreed on booking.com and instead charged me for an upgrade I didn't ask for, very disappointed as I feel like I've been robbed, I will defo be back to sousse but I don't think I will be back to this hotel, the movenpick just round the corner doesn't steal money on customers so I think I will stay there next time

I believe the property needs some refreshment from the floor to the wall! It looks quite old in my view..

First the reception! Mr Khaiss (i hope i writting his name correctly) was fantastic. He made our stay very comfortablr and was always helpful for every question. He went above and beyond his responsability! He basically did two jobs reception and concierge! The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpfull (our house keeper, cooke, barman…) i just have an exception about the safe guard at kids water play. He comes late and spends the rest of his time playing with his phone. You better watch your kids yourself.

The theme nights... The Arabian nights turned into a BINGO night 🥹 and the next night that was supposed to have a Cabaret show was replaced with a Quiz night. Very disappointing. 🤔 The coffee was instant, not Espresso. 😢

This is a resort style hotel situated close to the beach. If you are into a resort style atmosphere, where you are picked up and dropped off by taxi, and everything at your beck and call, then this place and the location will suit you. If you want to explore you can walk along the beach and promenade to the city centre but have comfortable shoes on. Definitely a lot of British tourists holidaying here. 😉

they gave me the last room in row which need to walk a lot from the lobby their breakfast is the worst open buffet i experienced in my life ,, old and rotten food maybe be made before 2 days and more the only good food you can eat is omelette !!

Absolutely awful experience Starting with the receptionist, who told me that you cannot Check-in cause this hotel is only for couples, even though nothing is mention on booking.com like that. Extremely rude when I ask her politely, she said that I need to cancel my reservation and they will take some amount, after too much time speaking with her she said that she needs the approval from her manager. After waiting 10 min on the reception, I got the approval from the manager, I planned to stay on single room-All in- for one night, i tried to pay the amount with my card but the POS machine not working. The same receptionist said that I need to cancel my reservation cause the problem was with my card even I tried two different bank cards, after speaking with her awhile she said that I can go to the other hotel ( Occidental Marhaba Hotel ) to check the POS machine there. I did finally the payment with my card on occidental hotel. My room 1354, I had a lovely sea view but there is issues with electricity not all lights are working well. Food was reasonable. Limited drinks served with paper cups.

This hotel is in a very bustling and busy tourist area with everything you may need in close proximity. We had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well kept rooms and surroundings. Staff were really helpful checking and out were both very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant manager in the morning He was rude to me when he told me that it is not permissible to smoke e-cigarettes, even though I smoke at dinner time in the restaurant and in the lobby and no one told me that except him! FYI: There is no ash and smell of cigarette smoke(iqos) If it was forbidden, he should have told me a better way 🙂

Hotel is very nice with amazing services and really friendly staff. Location is great, walking distance from the city center and all the shops with souvenirs. Everything is clean. Food in the restaurant is the Best, so many choices and every day something different ! Mr. Farug at the reception was very helpful. I can recomend this hotel in deed!!!
