A/C does not get switched on until June so on warm days, it can get hot in the rooms. The hotel is also missing a cosy space for drinks...the main bar is extremely bright and the coffee shop is super dark. The layout of the restaurant is a bit strange and it gets crowded in there.

The best thing about this hotel is its amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly and going above and beyond. The food is excellent and everything is always perfectly clean. Beautiful beach location and great fitness program. Special thanks to Wael for the great classes and for being super helpful.

This was our first time staying at a TUI hotel, and we enjoyed our week visit. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained — the rooms were decorated nicely and the entire resort was spotless. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help. The food was really good and there was a wide variety to choose from with each night offering something new, so we never got bored. The desserts, in particular, were outstanding! One small downside was the lack of casual snack options in the late afternoon. While there is food available, it’s mainly full meals either at the poolside restaurant or sandwiches/cakes from the cafe back at the hotel, which isn’t ideal if you’re just after something light to enjoy by the pool. Entertainment in the evenings was well-organised and varied, adding to the overall relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. I was particularly impressed by how clean everything was. The reception staff were truly wonderful—very welcoming and professional. The open buffet offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality of the food was excellent. The room was beautifully equipped with everything I needed, and I really enjoyed the warmth of the private pool. The evening entertainment shows at the bar were a delightful surprise and added a lot to the overall experience. I also appreciated the snack options throughout the day—they were consistently great. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the size of the room. While the furnishings and amenities were top-notch, the space itself felt a bit limited. Still, it didn’t affect my overall satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Welcome and departure were abrupt and not hospitable.

Quiet and peaceful, ADULTS ONLY. Very good food, many options and good variety.. Lovely wait staff and housekeeping crew. Beautiful grounds. Incredibly calming and relaxing when compared to other area resorts.

The desk staff are anything but professional, and their primary skill set is being fluent in langauges. Welcome and departure were plain bad. They seem to have a hard time responding logically or kindly to basic queries, and in the case of one young man, illogical anger, rudeness and zero concept of hospitality which was in stark contrast to almost all Tunisians we met. The cruise-like themes, evening plans, events, and entertainment are way too corny and reduce the better aspects of resort experience.

Wonderfully quiet and peaceful resort, impeccably clean, lovely grounds, surprisingly good food options. This resort far exceeded our expectations,especially relative to the experience at nearby overrun Iberostars. "Adults only" is a must in this area. Waiters, housekeeping and kitchen crews are wonderful and work hard without imposing expectations. Tip them well, as we noted most guests did not. Beach is very quiet and nice. Room and water temperature control superior to most of Tunis.

The exchange price at the hotel did not match those available in the town. It was also better value to just pay the 10 dinar atm fee and get the bank conversion rate than use the hotel exchange.

This hotel was excellent value for money with a great selection of included food and drinks. There were also lots of activities available that you could book onto. The pool area and the hotel were well maintained and the staff very friendly.

Unfortunately although the stay includes a dinner at the nice restaurant, when I tried to book it was already fully booked for the next three days, so we didn’t have a chance to try it which was a shame. At the buffet dinner it was quite difficult to attract servers’ attention sometimes, luck of the draw. The resort was far from the medina and station but we got an Uber there easily.

The hotel was comfortable and had two pools and a lovely spot on the beach. We had a lovely time relaxing on the beach, paddling and walking up and down along the sand. There were lots of food and drink options, generally at all times of the day.

The staff in the restaurant was not smiley. The majority of them don t say good morning only to some clients who maybe tip them.. they didn t ask us what to drink until we call them and wait for too long to be served a glass of water.

The hotel and facilities were amazingly good value for money Staff always professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Have stayed in many hotels in Sousse and this one is definitely worth a return visit.

During the day you actually don’t have easy access to cocktails, just beer/wine - if you’re on the beach, you’d have to walk all the way up back to the hotel and go up a level, walk all the way to the back…I’m not a big drinker but I love a mojito after lunch. Not a big issue, just an annoyance.

Well maintained, nice design, multiple pools, great beach with soft silky sand. Staff is great - prompt, hard working, always willing to help. Quiet, relaxing. Spa was really nice as well - excellent massage. Someone mentioned in a review that beds are hard - they are on a firmer side but found them really comfortable. The food is great - so many choices! Loads of fresh salads or ingredients for salads, clay pots local dishes, barbecues, generous desert bar. Take a room with a pool view and if you’re an early riser, the sunrise is fantastic.

Loud machinery type of noise for hours during certain hours of the day and night - hard to sleep. People talking in hallways very late at night.

It was a 6 nights I asked to my room clean twice and on both occasions the bed sheet was not change. They did not top up the toilet tissue and the bin was not emptied. Hand wash not top up it has been empty since arrived, toilet tissue did not have a holder. The bed mattress was very very hard, I use the extra duvet they had in the wardrobe and triple fold it on my side of the bed and it was still very hard and uncomfortable. I had an allergic reaction in the spa hydro bath, started off with itchy skin on my legs within 5 mins about 20 mins in I told the receptionist do put me in the room, she told me to get out and have a shower. I then notice both legs was very red and swollen, I then told her she send me to quiet room to relax, then told me it could be the food that I ate such as fish, I do not eat fish and I told it’s not the food, I then have to asked for cream as I was burning up with heat on the itchy skin. They did not acknowledge it as it’s there fault. She did not offer any other suggestions. The massage staff was whispering throughout the massage so I could not relaxed.

The rooms need to be renovated. The sewage system in the bathroom does not work well, one of the two flush buttons in the toilet is broken. The door of the bedside table in which the refrigerator is located does not close.

Good... besides the server at the last hour before we leave who billed us a local draft beer even if i spoke with the reception that we will be eating (since day 1 we arrived at 03am so we didn't supper)

There is really not a lot of negative things to say about this hotel at all. perhaps just that The pasta sauces were to spicy at the buffet. Even the bolognese. and I missed more potato options at dinner as well as dishes not garnished with onions since I’m allergic to raw onions. And unfortunately we had a run in with a waiter at the coffee bar who did not treat my Tunisian husband very well at all. And would not serve us - which i have never tried before at any hotel and I live in Tunisia permanently and have been to over 50 hotels here. despite this I have already booked a new stay since we loved everything else.

We enjoyed our stay so very much, the hotel à la carte and beachside restaurant is impeccable, the pools are great and the rooms beautiful and location is perfect. A special thanks to Oussama the life guard and the waiter Khalifa. They went out and beyond their way to serve us. Almost all the staff was wonderful. And the lunch and breakfast buffet was delicious too.

Not always fast and polite staff at the kitchen and pool bar. They had clearly favorites among the guests. This should be avoided for a hotel of this level. Once we needed to wait 35 min for a drink, when we went ourselves to the bar to order it, the responsible waiter reacted very negative towards us. Not a very nice experience at all.

The room was excellent, no remarks on that level. Great pools with good accesses. On hygienic level this hotel deserves a special recommendation, especially for all inclusive hotels with a lot of people they maintain an excellent level.
