Nothing. Everything was truly amazing, clean and delicious

The food was really amazing and good quality and diverse, I enjoyed every single meal in there and the service was beyond amazing everyone was so friendly and open and helping; the vibes were amazing, the shows and the atmosphere were by themselves really fantastic to the point we didn’t want to leave the hotel at all and the cocktails were really delicious

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, with all the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I loved the complimentary mini bar in our room, which was replenished daily. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic variety, and the desserts were a highlight of our meals. We also indulged in a massage during our stay, which was a wonderful experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mustafa from the restaurant staff. He was particularly thoughtful when my wife, who is afraid of cats, felt uneasy whenever one approached her. He kindly took the cat away, which really helped her feel more at ease. Overall, everything about our stay was amazing, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

Lovely quiet location, nice walk along the promenade, easy parking, comfortable spacious room, comfortable beds and crisp white sheets, food choices were varied and excellent, staff was wonderful.

Music around pool during the day was very loud.

I upgraded to a suite at check in which was fabulous, with loads of space and sun loungers on balcony. Spa facilities were great value, with excellent balinese masseuse. Great entertainment in the evenings and good range of food.

The walls of the room are very thin and I can hear all the sounds from the adjacent rooms.

It was not nice at all that the animation team and waiters working at the hotel were using Turkish profanities in a disturbing way. My friends and I were very disturbed by this. Other than that, everything was very nice, the food was wonderful.

Amazing hotel, beautiful location, stylish and modern. Incredible helpful attentive staff. Everyone is welcoming, kind, friendly, we absolutely enjoy our stay. Food is amazing, everything is delicious, hot meals are different every day, desserts are gorgeous. Bektas Chef cooks the most delicious food we have ever tried in Mugla! Everything is top quality, always fresh, you never stay hungry or bored here. Animation team Anastasia, Lera and others are amazing, evening performances are different and lots of fun. Rooms are clean and spacious. We would say that this is the best hotel in Marmaris. Waitress, reception, cleaning team are doing a great job, everything is spotless. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Casa De Maris for a beautiful holidays and memorable experience

This is rated as 5 star .. i was amazed to find that there is no iron on site . Also only one key card given .

Helpful staff all round . Easy access to transport . Entertainment OK Food catered for all types but veggi food had chicken and beef oil that was used . Very limited veggi food . Pizza guys did an excellent job and made them to the needs .. thank you Rooms cleaned daily to q high standard .

Hotel rents the room for the gym, and it needs refreshement, and it needs reviws

Staff is very good, friendly, and the most important - low profile. Hotel have curtessy room, so when you check out in the mid day for the late flight, you still have a chance yot yake a walk around a city and leave the Marmaris refreshed. Good hotels are all in details, and this in thought through. 10 of 10.

Everything about this hotel was stunning. The location is ideal and right on the beach front. The food and cleanliness was impeccable.... We normally stay at another hotel which I highly rate too, but Casa De Maris has blown me away! The cost of the stay along with the quality of Room, Food & 5 star service cannot be beaten!

Music round the pool was a bit loud for us but we are old.

Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the lovely guest relations manager Evren who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The entertainment team were always around to try and get you involved in activities, but weren't pushy and happy to leave you alone. Exceptional food and service in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Yanuz. Unlike some places nothing is extra and all inclusive is 24/7.

The full board option ensured that all meals were included, however we did not enjoy any of our meals. The buffet wasn't as we expected it to be.

We went there during our honeymoon and the staff /management upgraded us to the suite room which was an absolute delight. They decorated the room for us which was a kind gesture. The room was spacious, sea facing and well maintained. The room had a huge balcony as well.We took the full board option, which ensured that all meals and alcohol was all inclusive. The property has access to its own private beach. Marmaris city centre is 5 - 10 minutes by Taxi. The staff was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any / all of our needs.
