It was million of flies especially in dinning aria. We been always fist once to get in to try and get food before flies sat on it. It was not possible and looked like staff didn't care much about it. Flies walking on food,fruits and bread. Everywhere. Really puts you off eating there. Beach could do with little bit of cleaning around.

Nice location and beautiful green surrounding. Beach is very close-just maybe 5 -7 min away.

- quite worn-out furniture and sanitary equipment. My shower was leaking and there was a flood in the bathroom after each showering - wifi is available only in lobby and restaurant and connection is weak - restricted time for soft drinks consumption. If you come to breakfast around 8, you can’t get any soft drinks like juice or soda, because the bar is open 9am-9pm.

- very nice staff, friendly and helpful if you are polite and nice to them - tasty food (huge appreciation to the chef and kitchen staff): variety of dishes, grill in the evening, local specialties, delicious desserts - beautiful clean territory - nice view of mountains from the balcony - clean beach, not quite close, but reachable within 5 minutes of a pleasant walk in quiet and green streets - free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach - beach towels provided (with a deposit, was returned upon check-out) - cleaning every day

I'd like to have more sweet options for breakfast. It was mainly composed of salty things.

The location is very convenient, 10 min on foot from the sea. The view on the mountains is very beautiful. Staff is very helpful.

It was an awesome experience. Staff is very friendly, Hotel has an amazing location surrounded by mountains with swimming pool and games. Includes 3 time meals and all day free drinks all inclusive in price paid for room accommodation. Overall we enjoyed the time spend in hotel and surrounded area. It is between kemer a d antalya. Best location to travel both yhe places.

Very dissappointing and not even a good value for our money. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Here’s why: The food is not great, medium to low quality. And worse than that there are hundreds of flies sitting on the food buffet. I honestly would lose my appetite just looking at them. No effort from the hotel to keep the flies away. We had to put napkins even on the food on our plates to protect them from the flies and this was indoors. Also, for each meal there’s a massive line. The best dishes of food would finish very quickly simply because there wasn’t enough if it. I have never been this stressed to get food in my life. Had to line up in the heat for each meal and they would even start taking the food away half hour earlier! Breakfast buffet was worse and we couldn’t even get a drink because the bar was closed. You could only have water! Sometimes milk. No wifi connection. Only a very weak one in the lobby which is so warm that is impossible to sit there. Only cool place was our room, impossible to relax anywhere else because of the heat and humidity, not even the dining hall. We couldn’t communicate with ANYONE! Everything is in Russian and Turkish and we would constantly miss on things because all the announcements were in those languages. Even the kids activity. The facility is old and everything is worn down. The beds were clean but the room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Not even a chair or table in the room, just a dresser. Only good point was Hamdieh from the cleaning staff who always tried to help us. The shower kept flooding and the shower head was compeltely unstable and kept falling on our heads! Very little activities provided, just a repetitive playlist which would play every night. The bar closes at 9 pm! Very strange! The beach near by is very rocky and shallow it’s almost impossible to swim there. It’s dirty and the path from the hotel to the beach is not nice at all.

I really liked this hotel, it has a homely atmosphere and very professional, friendly staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are always deliciously prepared and beautifully served. In the evenings, children are entertained by an animator, then a dancing for adult tourists staying at the hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean, the housekeeping is excellent. Nice beach, there is a swimming pool in the hotel and a beautiful garden. Not far from the hotel there is a bus stop that goes to Antalya.

the room was so poor and smelled so strong from the pesticides the cleaners spray generously everywhere that I just could not sleep there and had to move to another hotel. the immediate environment of the hotel is very depressing: rubbish and chaos and dirt all around. by the time you find the hotel you want to find another one... When you get to breakfast it starts to be better, but the arrival and night experience can ruin a vacation. pool really IS very dirty and very tiny, so practically useless, even if there is three of them.

animation was the best among all all=inclusive hotels we stayed at this time (4 of them). great Yoga, aquagymnastics, darts, and all of this just one morning! food was also nice, although more limited options than in other all-inclusives, but still everyone finds something to their taste.

The shower was too small. The restaurant helpers were not friendly and did not support any of our requests except providing soft drinks. The focus for entertainment also was mainly for eastern Europe guests using Russian language, no much communications/infos provided to or shared with english, French and other countries guests unfortunately.

The entire park facilities, the swimming pools and their diversity, the open buffet for food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The exceptional help and support of UMIT which make our first trip to Turkey much easier. Thanks again UMIT for your kindness also. Thanks also to BAHADIR for his support and English speaking which helped very much.

No one was was speaking english (apart from the night receptionist who could formulate a few words). NO wi-fi in the rooms (like seriously a 4 stars without wi fi ?!!) All places next to pool were occupied by towels (even during the night)

The lighting inside the rooms and in the corridor is super dark. Rooms and furniture require repair. A lot of flies seat on a cheese at breakfast hours so that the appetite goes down. A lot of cats, who sometimes jump on tables and eat together with people. Despite "all inclusive" opportunity, the meals overall are not tasty. The beach is stoney and it is difficult to swim even in "Crocs". All beverages are mixed either with water or with water and alcohol. Wifi is only in the lobby. The elevator smells with fuel. No wall mirror in the room.

The price is low, but the quality is corresponding. Swimming pools are good and convenient for children of different ages. The beach is in 10 minutes walk distance. Beautiful view from the balcony. Ping-pong and billiards are free and provided only to adults.

everything, I had an all inclusive booking and arrived 15 minutes before the dinner end time and still they didn’t allowed, stinky rooms, 3 rooms changed and finally compromised on whatever was there since I was tired because of driving from Cappadocia and needed a room, no refilling during breakfast, lunch or dinner… pathetic experience will never recommend anyone

nothing, they should close the property and don’t fool guests
