The location is very good. You have access to important monuments within minutes. Staff was very helpful with every request with had, we asked for extra blanket, for iron and they delivered it in few minutes. Front desk was always up and was really friendly and nice. They helped us with organizing transfer to the airport for a fair price. Overall, it was a good stay.

The bathroom is smaller than I expected, but still consider this hotel value for money considering its prime location.

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the Galata Rasso Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it's around the corner from the Galata Tower which is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the area as it's very festive and lively. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk from a metro station for easy traveling.

The staff was wonderful, extremely attentive and always happy to help us with our needs. The location was great, super close to Galata Tower. The room was also very nice, clean, and it was great to have a balcony. The only negative point was the shower drain which was clogging if the cover was left in place. This seems to have been a problem in the past as well, as the laminate around the bathroom was swollen and squicky. But these were minor details compared to the great stay we had. 😊

Not necessarily a bad thing but something to be aware of - Galata is high up so be prepared to walk a lot and up lots of steep roads Also very touristy so high prices for food/coffee/shops in this area

The view is not great because it is in a back alley, but that also meant the rooms were quiet in a very active neighbourhood so I didn’t mind.

Located only a 2 minutes walk away from Galata Tower. Lots of places to eat nearby. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, with everything we needed help with and even went out of their way to help us find ferry boat to bursa and tours around Istanbul. Room was fully equipped with everything we needed, iron was available on request.

Whenever we activated the clean-up service in our room, no one came to clean it. After a short time of use, the bathroom developed an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a scratched, damp ceiling, likely caused by the steam. This is why I felt it was necessary for the room to be cleaned every day.

Location and staff! The rooms were also spacious. Make sure the taxi takes drops you at the hotel entrance because it’s hard to walk around with your luggage on those old streets of Istanbul. Fouad and Ali were amazing staff, they were very helpful and friendly. I would go again just because of their excellent service.

The caves get rather muggy and circulation is hard with the natural environment. Breakfast was average but the town had great food so not an issue.

The location was perfect! Right off the main strip. The staff were so helpful and loved the resident pug dog. The pool was great with the bar attached and the caves were well maintained.
