Fantastic service - nothing was too much bother. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Location was excellent - Galata has some great artisan/upmarket shops, cafe’s bars and restaurants. Our room with balcony was very spacious and beds super comfortable.

Room was well furnished with extremely comfy bed. Bath was sublime. We had dinner in the rooftop restaurant which had wonderful views of the city but more importantly the food, wine and service were all excellent.

Small thing but some mornings we had a lukewarm / cold shower as the hot water seemed to have been all used up.

Great location. Lots of bars and restaurants around and walkable (over the bridge) to the historic sights. Lovely rooms. Beautiful restaurant and cocktail area with a stunning view. The staff were very friendly and we loved Lollipop the resident cat. Perfect for a weekend trip.

The only thing I would have added was more hanging space for clothes - especially dresses and long jackets which could not fit in the hanging space, otherwise everything was perfect!

Restaurant very expensive. Parts of the hotel were extremely dark - quite dangerous on stairs. Our ‘garden view’ room had a view of the fire escape and a concrete wall. Bathroom wasn’t very private which could bother some people.

Position was excellent. Rooftop had beautiful views.
