Rooms too cold.. Bad location very noisy

Our room in 9th floor below the restaurant, til 1030 pm and before 7am, heard the noise from moving tables and chairs, prevents me from a proper rest.

CHECK-IN TIME: The check-in time was 2:00 PM, which felt quite late compared to many other hotels where check-in is typically around 12:00 PM. ROOM SIZE: The room was very tight and felt unusually small — possibly one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. While the bathroom itself was small, the main issue was the shower. The shower base was raised approximately 1–2 feet, which meant that when standing inside, my head was very close to the ceiling. The shower space was extremely limited, with barely enough room to move comfortably. BREAKFAST: The cereal provided was stale, and none of the breakfast items were labelled. As someone unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine, it was difficult to identify the different foods. Given that this is a tourist location, it would have been helpful to have labels in both Turkish and English, as many other hotels do. Breakfast consisted mainly of traditional Turkish items and sweets, with limited variety. It would have been nice to have additional options such as bread for sandwiches or toast. The coffee machine also produced drinks that were very watered down.

LOCATION: The location was excellent. Depending on the room allocation, some rooms offer a beautiful view of the water, the bridge, and the surrounding area. Galata Tower is only about a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of cafés and dining options nearby. BREAKFAST VIEWS: Having breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely experience. The views from the rooftop are beautiful and definitely a highlight. STAFF: The staff were very respectful, pleasant, and professional throughout the stay. They were helpful and welcoming, which made a positive difference.

Sound proofing was very bad, and I have been extra charged for my 2 kids however I reserved two rooms with capacity of 5 person for the 4 of us.

Some of the rooms are small, but thanks to the stuff they have upgraded the room to a bigger room with a beautiful view.

The location is perfect, the front desk stuff was very supportive and kind, especially ilker, bro Ali and others. The room is clean and the view is perfect!

The room is relatively small, but ok for a short stay. Personal in the restaurant looked tired by the end of the day.

Location is perfect, 3-5 minutes to Halic metro station. Lots of points easily reached by foot. We were upgraded to the room with a view, that was just perfect, no need to visit Galata Tower. Personal is friendly, turkish breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant. Overall, our best hotel ever in Istanbul, because of the fantastic views and the location.

Great location with an easy access to the park at the coast, the room had everything nessesary, stuff was friendly, helping us to change the room. A very good breakfast.

The building outside looks more modern than the inside. The room was a bit too costy (100€ p/n) for the 20sqm, but ok: everything was clean! The location is absolutely perfect, even if one has to walk a bit through abandoned/ ruined/ under maintenance buildings. Many buildings in Istanbul are like that.

Fantastic terrace outside, with bar and dj. Perfect location, in the middle between the night area (Galata) and the old area with the main landmarks. The staff was really good! The breakfast had really a lot of choices.

The room was good for our purpose of chosing the hotel, which is sleeping and then being the entire day However it was a bit noisy early in the evening Up until 1AM then traffic starts to calm a bit Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper Secondly the AC was weak, not hot, it was stil cold but weak, but I suspect it was only our room becuz I never saw people mentioning that in the reviews Btw, we asked the staff and they were going to give us a new room but it was the last night so I didnt think it was worth it

The staff was great, very accomedating and helpful We dealt with Ali mostly, he was fantastic and infomative god bless him. The restaurant is alright. The location is amazing if you plan on going on foot to all the main attractions

The hotel is not a brand new hotel and we accepted the lighting in the bathroom is not very bright, the small lift can only fit 2 people and 1 suitcase, however this is a only a very minor issue when we compare the stunning view from our hotel room.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to the metro station and ferry terminal as well. The seaview room and the roof top restaurant are the highlight of our trip, the roof top restaurant is open to all guests even you don’t eat there. We had two dinners at the rooftop restaurant during our 4 nights stay, the food selection are great and their prices are very competitive compare to the restaurant around.

The room was rather small and the shower was not very comfortable for someone who is 1.90 m tall.
