Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe location is in the middle of nowhere but they did arrange a free transfer to the beach or alternatively you could get a bus or taxi for a fare

United KingdomThe hotel really needs to address the issue with very slippery tiles around the hotel. My son slipped on many occasions as did I and I saw many other people slip. So close to having bad injuries. They had a table tennis table but the bats were both broken. They had new bats that were brought out fir the organised tournament but they really should have decent bats for the other times. Bats are expensive. The internet was so bad didn’t end up using it.

Kuwaitthe parking is always full, you hove to park away some times. the water slide is closed most of the times and during the water games.
the resort was perfect, all the staff were friendly and know how to speak english. they have games on swimming pool every day(volleyball, water polo and finding spoons under water😀). there are a wide variety of choices for all three meals, snacks and ice cream. very good place for kids. and music nights were funny.

United Kingdomonly issue was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best - areas of hotel had better Wi-Fi than others (eg the room wasn’t the best Wi-Fi and the lobby had better Wi-Fi) but generally not the best Wi-Fi.
Honestly everything was so great and even better than I expected! The staff were the best part of the stay - all so friendly and accommodating! The room and bathroom were clean and lovey - provided conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. Kettle in room too. Pools great/clean - nice to have the option of a quiet pool and a busier pool. Food lovey (little limiting - I never minded but just a note to bare in mind) and a good mix of Turkish/English food. Drinks all lovely - 3 cocktails included in all inclusive as well as all other standard alcohol. I was only there 2 days, but the entertainment was so good and so much fun. Entertainment staff really great too! Volleyball & water polo during day, Colombian dancers (amazing) and karaoke at night - included the kids too in the dancing which was great. Overall super great & loved my stay!
