United KingdomOk, The food is not great! The food goes cold.very quickly and is very much the.same each evening. I love my salads and they were very good but the fish looks like it has been there for a week and the meat can be tough. The cats, there are lots of them and they do come into the restaurant and we didnt like that but as the holiday went on they were around less and less. Lunch is burger, chips and salad which isnt great every day and proved to be an issue The cleaning carts left in the corridors and baby cots. Great little bargain holiday but wouldnt go.back.
The hotel could be amazing with a few added touches to detail. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was big enough for the two of us, however the hanging clothes/wardrobe situation there is little room for hanging clothes. plenty of drawer space. We had a few spa treatments and they were lovely. Our room was cleaned every day with new towels etc and beda made. The pools are a good size and were clean The shuttle bus to the beach is good and operates many times a day. And to the Lands of Legends at night. We did walk it one day and it took us about 20mins which was fine. Water always available to help yourself from the fridge in the bar and restaurants. There is an onsite shop for late nights nibbles etc.

United KingdomThe rooms were not properly cleaned, not a variety of food, the plates and cutlery were dirty. Although it has a lot of potential, it’s let down by the service and housekeeping.
The property had a lot of potential as there were various activities to do all in one location. Each day you could do something and the services to go to the beach, land of legends was quite good. The gym, spa and wellness had really good equipment and was spacious.

United KingdomA handful of staff were very complacent, with a poor attitude and chose to not understand words like “latte”, “cola” when ordering. Would not store water in the fridge except in the night when you needed it through the day. The lobby bar staff favoured local customers over others. You could be standing for a long period before they served you despite being at the front of the queue. Every day a particular staff at the lobby bar could not even understand “chai”. One particular staff went out of her way to say certain drinks were unavailable but then served those drinks to others in a space of one minute , this conduct would get on anyone’s nerves. There was zero accountability.
The food was really good, and there was a variety. The rooms themselves were reasonably clean and sized. Pool had three slides which was good. The facilities were overall reasonable. The staff at reception were wonderful, and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs and generally had a good attitude.

United KingdomTrying to get a drink at the bar seemed to take forever as only minis, not many staff members understood us The reception weren't very helpful and didn't seem to have a sense of urgency to fix anything, we arrived at 4.45 pm, and they couldn't let us in the rooms for nearly 2 hours they also only had 1 room ready for us rather than the 2 we had booked and because we were travelling with children we requested rooms next to each other which was on a total different floor. They still didn't realise an hour later that we had 2 units booked and I had to show them the booking confirmation that stated 2 units. Wi-Fi wouldn't work until the following date of arrival. We had to go to reception a total of 8 times due to the key cards not working. The beach isn't on site, and we weren't told which restaurant we were able to attend when we got there, so wandered round asking other shops where we took our tokens. Not told where to get the bus from, etc. The beach is still being built. Not the hotel but location - a lot of the taxi firms wanted 30 euro to get a taxi into Belek which was a 7-minute drive There was no information given regarding what is available to do (activities, places to go etc), no iron or ironing board, no kettle in the room. A brochure with all the times would be a lot more helpful The Buffet restaurant would benefit from labels to say what they food actually was The Al la carte restaurant that was advertised was not open the full time we were there. One of the luggage guys made it uncomfortable (not the guy in the blue and white uniform), asking for money when taking the bags up, then again for activating the safe. Games room wasn't finished My mother's trainers were taken from her room and she just kept getting told to go back to reception - never got them back Hopefully the feedback will help improve, as the hotel has just recently opened, but ultimately we did enjoy our stay!
Food was delicious!!, manager & the activity staff were really friendly, rooms cleaned regularly, relax pool was lovely!!

United KingdomWe booked the room with a pool view but they gave us the room on the ground floor in another building which was far from the lobby and hotel entrance. They were keep saying we will change your room once it’s ready and like this our stay is over and we never have our room for which we have paid 350 pounds each. The staff were very rude. The rooms were dirty bedsheets were having stains. They don’t even have room fridge in the rooms in this heat. Not recommended at all. Worst experience of my life to choose this hotel . Totally ruined my holiday.

United Kingdomthe adult pool has been dirty for the last 3 days the beach is very far, a transfer is organized, but it's not normal, if you go to the beach at 11 you can't come back for lunch, often people have to stand because there aren't enough seats in the minibus
the food was very tasty, the room spacious and clean, the staff works well, everything is easily solved, if any problem arises very nice and quiet location after 11pm

NorwayNot a very good location, isolated and far from the beach with bad shuttle bus transportation. Both rooms were dirty when we arrived and it took us two days to get clean rooms. Very bad cleaning overall in the hotel with no system what so ever. We could see the dirt in the hall before entering the rooms. We asked them to regularly clean our rooms but in a week they cleaned it only twice. Several times I went looking for hotel staff to get clean towels. The tables in the restaurant were often dirty. After lunch we had to wait almost 5 hours every day to get dinner. Pool bar didn't have all the drinks avaliable we wanted at day time and the staff didn't have enough experience to make good drinks. We won't be coming back and do not recommend it for others.
The most positive thing I got from our vacations was the friendly reseptionists and hotel staff. Very young staff that helped us with everything we needed. The food was overall good.

I had to separate the bed myself and slept 1 night without sheets. The room wasn't cleaned despite multiple requests, so I had to clear the bins and trays of food myself

United KingdomBad location, not near anything! Felt like I was out in the sticks. Poor facilities, bar closes at 11pm, staff are so rude, bar staff just ignore woman and serve everyone else, lots of people complaining and manager was so unhelpful, food was the worst I’ve ever seen. All my family lost weight on holiday and had to order a dominoes to the pool one day it was so bad. Drinks were bad, staff did not understand when I asked for Pepsi or a rum and Coke. Difficult to get a drink. Always running out of cutlery, plates and food at lunchtime.
Slides, my room was spacious, music and inflatables allowed round the pool, had to change the music as the Dj kept Turkish music on at volume 100.

When we first enter the hotel, customer service is zero. The doors were not locked. The food is very little and the customer service is zero and the food is not tasty at all. All week the children only ate rice and pasta and there were no activities they showed. We were not satisfied at all. We definitely do not recommend it. It's very far from the city, you have to rent a taxi and prices start from €50. So I'm definitely not satisfied.
