Czech Republicworn up buildings and furniture, poor variety of food, fish was absolutely badly done. Waiters in main restaurant were mostly useless. All of them insisted on table service but almost always required several follow-ups. Sometimes I had to clean the table myself. Only waiter Ekram showed top professionalism and courtesy.

United KingdomEven though 29C water temperature was written on information boards, Outdoor swimming pools were much colder than ocean temperature, and certainly didn’t feel like 29C. Families with kids to be mindful of this or you have shivering kids 🙂
Staff and facilities. Personal host was amazing as she stayed in contact via WhatsApp as well provided some good guidance about how to go to Antalya Old Town and authentic Baklava.

United KingdomGuests were ‘booking’ the seaside beds from early morning by leaving their towels for their families and groups who would come much later. So even in the morning the seaside beds closest to the sea would be ‘occupied’ (by leftover towels).
Seaside, great service. Fatima (from Guests Relations) was exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable.

United Kingdom- Booking.com information seemed outdated: says Tennis Courts is an extra charge, it wasn't. Photos show 4 tennis courts when there is only one now. Also doesn't mention anywhere that you need to stay a minimum of 7 days to get one a la carte reservation, luckily we were offered two for our 4 night stay as goodwill (presumable as it was a quieter time being October) - Lack of information when arrived is bizarre. We were met and shown our room which was great, but no tour / information about the resort / or map or information booklet. I assume perhaps as most people are booked with Travel Agencies who do that. Had to contact the customer relations to finally be sent some info, of which some seemed outdated. Asked about Fitness classes advertised on website and were told wrong information (when we did find it by accident it was actually really good). Experience would of benefit from an app with a map of all things on and timings like many other resorts. - Main buffet food was very average and a large hall which makes it all quite loud / manic. - A lot of disposable plates / cups / cutlery used (not in the main restaurants however). - The land next door is just starting a big development. Multiple tower cranes were going up when we we're there. Whilst didn't hear it in our room or affect us, just something to be aware of.
+ Close to Antalya airport (less than 30 min drive), but no plane noise. + Customer relation team easy to contact over WhatsApp for any requests + Always a sun lounger free at the pool / beach (although it was October) + Room upgrade (although it was October) + 2x fitness classes a day (although v little info known about them despite it being promoted on their website) + A la carte restaurant food good (much better than buffet)

The hotel is very big and spacious. It offers something for every taste . We were in building 3 which definitely needs refurbishment. We went to check building one and rooms looked much better. If the rest of the rooms are renovated the hotel would be much better. Food was really good and always in abundance. Different dishes and prepared to suit every taste . Drinks were also good - quality alcohol , cocktails and free nuts available the bars . Entertainment was average but people have different taste - Turkish night and African show were enjoyable

United KingdomLighting at night in the compound is poor. Lack of information upon arrival. Accessibility routes were hard to fine so more signage would be good. Rooms need an upgrade, the cleaning staff could make nice towel origami.
Facilities, variety of food and the 24/7 buffet and drinks. Spa facility was good, pool was well maintained. Snack court was really good. Children friendly. Whatsapp chat was useful.

AustraliaThe staff seemed miserable. There was only a handful of times that staff was friendly. Even during check in there was no polite greetings or any smiles. Also the rooms need to be updated. It was clean, but very old and worn down.
We had everything we needed in the hotel. There was a good variety of food- we especially liked the Turkish a la carte restaurant. The beach was beautiful. There was plenty of things to do to keep the kids entertained.

MoroccoJust a small note: the gym is quite small, and it’s best to avoid arriving at the very end of meal times, as you might find less variety and it can be hard to find a table.
This was our second time at the hotel, and once again everything went perfectly. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and great care throughout our stay — we had a wonderful holiday. Our child had everything he needed to have fun and enjoy himself. Special mention to the à la carte Italian restaurant — absolutely delicious! 🤭
