Very conveniently located, close to the Metro and ferries. Very nice staff. Some minor problems when checking in which they sorted quickly, I'd definitely stay here again!

It was a liitle bit cool in the room.

Great location. In the center of the old eastern part of Istanbul. Metro and ferry stop in 5 minutes. Very convenient to get to Sabiha Airport. If you wanted to walk on the other side, then also not a problem (thanks to the Istanbul ferry service). There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. There is where to walk.

İt was very noisy and smoky from the smokers below the room (101). The receptionist was not friendly. The lady at the breakfast was very nasty to the cats and sprayed water on them and chased them away. She claims that they scratched her. The breakfast was basic - bare minimum and the little jars that had the jam and butter were reused. Quite grossed out by that.

I liked the location and the clean room. I liked that I forgot my dress and a printed photo from a wedding but someone told me about where they were and we managed to get it back when we came back for our luggage. Thank you so much for that.

Due to its location is is very noisy during the night and the windows are not helping. In the bathroom water was dropping from the ceiling. The breakfast is poor and coffee is not included.

The location is great close to the restaurants and pubs. It is close to the metro and public transportation. The room is big enough and clean.

-There are bars downstairs which made sleeping at night challenging at times, especially on weekends. -Rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear almost everything happening around you whether its music downstairs or neighboring room TV sounds. -No elevator which kind of affects the ease of checking in and out with luggage. -Receptionist was very helpful and responsive but doesn’t speak any English but it was managed with translation apps, however such a position requires someone who has some basic knowledge of English to be able to communicate with tourists.

-Many stores and restaurants in kadikoy are within walking distance. -The room had all basic amenities. -Curtains blackout made sleeping quality better. -Staff were helpful.

There are a lot of bars and cafes around and there are too noisy in the evening. There is no kettle to make tea. There is not tea service at the reception. I had to go to another cafe to make a tea. Can you imagine it? There is no tea in a Turkish hotel. Also the staff was unfriendly.

Old and low quality things all around. The shower head comes straight out of the ceiling and moves freely. Carpets in stairs and corridor is worn out. Janky card system doesn't work sometimes.

The room size was about 14m instead of 27m as declared in the site. No tea pot in the room (as there is in many istanbul hotels). The music of the area is till the late night. The breakfast is served individually, is ok, but no coffee , no juice, no water , tea only.

Furniture needs some refresh, there was open balcony behind closed curtains in the room, we did not know that, so anybody could get in while we were away. Man at reception desk was not very welcoming, did not tell us anything about check out time, breakfast times etc. Just gave us a room card and goodbye.

We stayed only for one night, so it was okay. Bathroom was clean, room was spacious enough, bed was comfy. Location is great. Close to ferry and metro M4 from airport.

When I wanted to check in at 14.30- even though check in time is 14.00- I was told the room was not ready then next day when we went downstairs for breakfast 5 minutes before the breakfast ends, we were told that the kitchen was closed. There is no lift and our room was on upper floors with a steep spiral staircase and they didn't even offer helping with luggage. The rooms are supposed to be sound proof but as it is in the middle of restaurants and clubs, we could hear street noises and music until late in the night from the window. Air conditioner is not the best of its kind. Bathroom has a strong drain smell.

Location is amazing if you are a tourist and would like to see highlights as well as experience Istanbul like a local. It is walking distance to the public transport- boat to go to the old town and Europe, tube to get to SAW airport and bus to Istanbul airport. Cleaning lady is very nice and rooms are so clean.

There is no lift, which is clearly mentioned in the hotel description, the staff helped us out to take our luggage to the room, though. It takes time for the water to be drained in the shower area, we should have reported this. Breakfast starts at 9 am but was served around 9:20 am.

The location of the hotel, it's 5 minutes walk to Entrance 3 of Kadikoy Metro Station which is the last station from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport; 5 to 7 minutes walk to the ferry station. Lots of restaurants and shops for presents/souvenirs nearby. Room is spacious enough. We were accommodated 2 hours before the check-in time since the room is already available which is a nice gesture.

My room didn’t have a window and mattress was not that comfortable. Breakfast is the same everyday so if you are staying more than two nights it becomes boring. Also they don’t serve coffee! There is no elevator so if you have luggages wouldn’t be easy.

I ALWAYS start my morning with a coffee but it wasn't included with the breakfast (only tea) and they had to wait for next door to open before I could buy one so I would go to the hotel across the street & buy one there. I had to ask for toilet paper 2 of the days that I stayed. No fault of the hotel but they really need to change their cleaning team as they didn't replenish towels or clean room every day. My room had no window but for me that was fine as I was out all day & being its a busy street with lots of loud music it made it quiet in there at night. Other people may not like a room without a window though so check before booking.
