The rule that you were not allowed to bring food or drink from outside to the hotel. Especially as there was no kitchen in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambience was like a family home. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

I was under the impression the hotel was sea facing but it actually is not.

Excellent friendly staff. I had a birthday cake made for me on my birthday which was a lovely gesture and really made the stay slightly more special. Excellent pool facility, good value for money.

It would be good to have more hangers in the rooms for towels. Food from outside is not allowed inside the hotel so even though there is a mini fridge, it gets its cold from the ice put inside and not cooled by electricity. Meaning that you cannot store anything in it because temperature is not constant inside it. The hotel doesn't have a private beach as opposed to listed here so it is misleading!! They have an agreement with two beach clubs but you have to pay an entrance fee there plus you cannot bring inside any food or drinks. :(

Good value for momey. Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good, it is the same buffet every day but a good variety. Cleaniness was OK. Public beaches, cafés and restaurants are close plus bus stop for public transportation is also close.

very remote and not a lot close by apart from a little corner shop. no English channels on the tv (that we could find) if you’re on a soft diet and celiac, the only place to go for food is the waffle shop who do baked potatoes but it’s quite expensive (charged nearly £30 for 2 baked potatoes and beans seems a bit steep) there’s fish restaurants nearby but we don’t like fish lol. No forwarning of the work being carried out next door. we spent most of our time either at the dentist or resting but during the day it was impossible till they finished for the day.

location on the main road with good views of the ocean. husband was there for dental work and couldn’t chew but Filiz, the lovely lady chef, was more than happy to do fresh omelette each morning for him. asked and they brought a kettle to our room so I could do his basic noodles and porridge. very good Wi-Fi. very comfortable beds (with a duvet!) very clean rooms and free bottles of water daily. our room had a decent size balcony and on the 2nd floor. anyone with mobility issues may struggle as there’s no lift. special mention to ilyas on reception. always greeted you with a smile and wave. a special mention to our early wake up for departure with a latte each, topped it off. what a lovely touch.

some minor inconveniences: the tv is literally in the middle of the mirror some light switches do not work english knowledge of staff definitely has room for improvement there is no safebox otherwise everything's perfect

Really nice location, actually my favourite district of Antalya with the most beautiful beaches. The hotel itself is quite modern, we enjoyed the design, the suit is spaceful and the neighbourhood is quiet. the staff is really friendly and helpful

this hotel had no elevator and it is very difficult to move your luggage at second floor I booked three rooms due to small room sizes and we could not get room adjacent or on one floor I paid premium amount for booking and used only 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms booked for three nights Hotel Manager did not cooperate we faced issues with air conditioner in one room and it took three hours to fix it next day we faced issues with shower facet which got stuck and we informed receptionist but service was not provided to fix it breakfast had very less verity only meat dish was chicken nuggets we recommend to improve this area I do not recommend this place for families and they cannot give you adjacent rooms and you have to leave your children in attended. this place may be good for young couple only who comes for fun and enjoy drinks

We were on the third floor so an elevator would have been a good option. The ac needs maintenance.

The location is really nice and surrounded by many restaurants.The staff is nice and friendly.There is wifi and the breakfast was delicious.Rooms are clean too.

Got some issues with payment amounts during early morning check-out, but they were quickly resolved. Without that issues I would rate the hotel 10 :) Loud praying early in the morning near the hotel

Nice and warm swimming pool and area around it, clean and cozy rooms and shared areas, with everything needed, good location - many cafes, restaurants, shishas, shops nearby, tasty breakfast, Wi-Fi connection in my room was stable and fast

A lift

No lift and on second floor!! Not very good. Breakfast was fine

If you prefer a quiet room, take the on on the other side, but there is no sea view. If you want to have a Seaview room, you need to take the room on the street side.

The staff is amazing. Junas, Tom and Kadir and the lady that was cooking the food, they were all so so nice.

The majority of customers are from the UK, my only suggestion is to have TV stations in English

Stayed in the hotel for two days between flights. Even didn’t expect that my short stop would turn into a small vacation with top service. - location is super cool, there are at least 3 places to enjoy the see in 3-10 min walk from hotel, possibility to choose the restaurant for dinner depends on you preferences - Clean and good looking room equipped to host needs, clean swimming pool on the territory -One of the best personal that I have ever met. Guys, thank you very much for support and treatment during my stay. There are no problems that they are not able to solve.
