Loud music coming from the club next door. It will get extremely noisy at night if you want to spend some time at the balcony from 9:00 PM till 2:00 AM. Small pool for kids to swim.

Extremely kind staff which is rare to find in Marmaris hotels, excellent service, clean rooms, excellent location and amazing view for sea view rooms.

Room was smaller than expected, but was enough for us. Very crowded and dirty beach side, so we advise to use private Icmeler beaches.

Great location (but noisy if you want to rest). exceptionally friendly staff, always ready to help. Great and nutricious breakfast. 10 minutes walking distance to the center and nearest mall. Close to the bus station if you want to visit surrounding places.

The hotel is in the middle of a buzzing night life. There are many bars around with loud music, which continues until midnight.

The nights were a little loud because of the clubs next door but it wasn’t too terrible. It calmed down around 1am and we were still able to get a good night’s sleep when we had an early start.

Great location right on the beach and near plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and helpful, they even served us breakfast early when we had to start our day before breakfast hours. Our rooms had a great view of the sea. They were comfortable and clean.

i paid a lot extra for a private pool and there was no private pool, staff looked distracted and were constantly on their phones, its far from town, torn couches in restaurant- see pic, no info sheet in room, lots of repairs needed in bathroom - see my photos

what ruined the whole stay for me was that i met up with my friend in marmaris and we were going back to my hotel to relax for a bit (marmaris gets tiring) then go out again, we were both in my room for not more than an hour and the hotel decided to charge me 1000 turkish liras for my friend entering the room which is absurd to be honest

Loud bar under the hotel makes your stay horrible

Very small rooms, hard to fit two people. The hotel is located on the Main Street which is nice in day time , however at night the bar under it is playing really loud music till 2-3am. Closing the balcony door doesn’t help, you just can’t sleep or talk in a room.

The hotel was terribly located above one bar that has extremely loud live music every night. On one side of it is another bar that has cheap drinks and a ridiculously loud bass and sometimes karaoke, and on the other side is another loud bar that does drag performances. Every. Night. 11pm-1am. If you want to sleep at all during your holiday, don't start here.

Small rooms were you don't know where to put your luggage. Towels were dirty / old and not allowed to take them to the beach. No blankets bed its just a large towel. Breakfast provided is not buffet such as all hotels here, its a plate like prison with a poor quality re-used food from yesterday especially the cheese and olives, and the black coffee used is nescafe instant coffee. The hotel rented its main lobby for a club and kept the lobby at the side entrance. Expensive for price, you can find better hotel nearby for half price (70€), we paid here 150€ seeking a better rooms than last year but we couldn't find.

Nothing, perfect holiday.

Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was spotless and maid service great. The connecting Cork Inn and beach was amazing, never experienced better service and hospitality. Highly recommend.
