Location was perfect. They helped us schedule the hot air balloon excursion. I needed access to a fridge and freezer for my kids ice packs and milk and they were kind and allowed me to store them in their fridge and freezer as the rooms don’t have them. The breakfast spread was also delicious.

You can only pay by cash. The bathroom needs some refurbishment, especially the roof. Toilette flush was not perfect

The property is 5 minutes driving from hierapolis and the pools. It has parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good. There is a pool you can use until late. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Couldn't pay with credit card and had no advance warnings about this rule! We ended up using a lot of our travel cash.

While the breakfast was free, they bring out set dishes and a lot was wasted because there was just a little too much for 2 people. Also, the bathroom sink was left a little unclean unfortunately but nothing we couldn't clean ourselves.

For a short stay, it was good for what we needed - close to the local bus, close to restaurants, close to the sites. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and lovely to deal with.

Bathroom are old and need a restyling. Breakfast is not well organized and not so good. But the bad things is that in the garden where we have breakfast, there were a lot of cats that some guest feed it so they try to eat on your table and this is not a good experience specially for allergic people. Only the second morning the attendand say to guests to not feed cats but the firts day nobody say nothing and we have to move and leave soon the table. We also have a complain with a guest that don't understand the allergy problem and continue to feed cats near my table. Cats are innocents they stay where find food, people don't have respect to other. So if you have allergy or problem with cats is not an hotel for you.

Room very clean and confortable bed. In the center of the village very close to minivanstop to join north entrance to hierapolis site. By walk the centrale entrante is 10 min. The hotel has parking space. Good swimming pool open untill 11pm. If you have a front room, you can see the travertino terraces. The price is cheap.

Quite old hotel, shower rooms need renovation as the shower pipes are rusted and the sliding door aint working.

Location is great! Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Hotel reception is very helpful and indromative on which places to visit.

Television didn't work (very old tv, no HDMI entrance. Normal tv gave only sound, but black screen). No hand soap: it was not refilled. There was no blow dryer (I suppose it was broken and removed). It was a double shower but one of the shower heads was broken. Ventilation in the bathroom was loud and worked poorly. In general things looked a bit old, like they were in need of repairing or replacing. But it was much better than the neighboring hotel that we would have next.

Extremely large bed, very comfortable. French balcony with two doors opening, double shower, large room, beautiful pool (didn't try), in general good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location. For vegans: there was potato salad at the breakfast one of our two days. Also, there were many cats and kittens at the breakfast. We liked that.

The quiet location away from the main area, but walking distance to restaurants & shopping, was perfect for viewing the Travertines & hot air balloons from our bedroom window. Staff were amazing from Coskun on Reception who was so helpful, the housekeepers/cook & Seker who prepared & served the amazing breakfasts with a wide variety. All required facilities & bench space in the AC room. Great clean pool with decking area. Drinks & ice creams to purchase. Parking right outside hotel.
