The only minus was that some of the daily activities were forbidden from kids under 16 years old, which was a bit of disappointment. But there was still plenty to do.

This was our second time staying at Pegasos Resort Hotel, and once again, we were not disappointed! The beautiful, crystal-clear sea and soft, sandy beach were just as perfect as we remembered, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The pools were great, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslides—they had a blast! The food selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The daytime and evening entertainment were also fantastic, keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. While the drink selection & cocktails were fairly basic, you can still find something that hits the spot. The staff were very friendly and attentive, never begging for tips, but if you do tip, they go even further above and beyond. Overall, another wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Avoid the beauty center as a plague. They are incompetent and greedy, workers like this should not be allowed near hotel guests. I went there to color my eyelashes, and when the staff lady only started to apply the color, I immediately said to her multiple times that I felt pain. She ignored me completely and just blasted some loud music and kept on coloring. In general the procedure was extremely painful as she'd be doing it for the first time. Now I have a chemical burn below my eye that is really painful and turning into a blob. I have a few important events to attend in the next few days. Any credible salon would refund the money for causing harm to a customer no questions asked, but those people decided to put a blame on me for not saying that I am allergic. I'm not allergic, they're just using really bad materials and have no clue how to do their jobs. Thanks for PR Ruth for at least partially recovering my funds, but my point stands - they should be fired and never allowed to work in a 5-star hotel .

Everything was great. Food is 11/10, very different kitchen every day. The hotel is very clean, the surrounding area is huge and wonderful for walking, many different pools, the ocean floor is clean and sandy, upgrading my room category was surprisingly cheap. Amazing service organization and no queues anywhere in the facilities. Thanks, would absolutely return here.

you have to wake up early to "book" a place near the pool or sea because otherwise it would not be available. Management does their best to prevent visitors from puting towels on sunbeds but still the problem exists. if you wake up at 8 am you can book a sunbed easily. I don't drink alcohol but my mother said that wine wasn't too good. for me this is irrelevant. coffee was great. taxi to Antalya costs 110 Euro if you book at reception but you can use booking. com where it costs 65 euro.

Ok, so this hotel provides everything you need to make your vacation amazing. All facilities are clean. territory is quite big. Sea is very worm and clean. a lot of pools available including indoor pool. parents will understand. we travelled with kids and didn't have any infections. it really means a lot. Food is all inclusive. its is really tasty and provides variety of options. I always managed to find something new. variety of salads, different meats. all fruits are tasty and well chosen. Guests come from different countries like : UK, Germany, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Belarus, France. Not only staff but also the guests are very polite. paid WiFi costs 5 Euro a day and works really good. there is a free WiFi in a lobby. you can see that the management system is quality driven. well done!

There are no mosquito nets. You have to pay for the safe and for the Internet in the room (it is free only in the lobby). The managers should ensure that there are no reservations made with the towels on the sunbeds.

Food was tasty. The sandy beach is wonderful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfy and very well insulated. Big garden and plenty of parking lots. Good entertainment.

- 3rd bed (sofa bed) used by one of my kid wasn’t comfortable. - Difficult to get vacant poolside chair as people would either put the towels early in the morning or leave it there for the whole time - very far from Antalya airport, takes at least 90 mins in a normal traffic from and to the airport - Food was mostly mild with no spice, not closer to the taste of south Asian people :-)

As noted by many, the food is just average. But the choice is good and considering the price, you wouldn't expect more. Some reception staff is rude. Too many waiters at the restaurant.

The hotel itself needs renovation. We were in this hotel 8 years ago, at that time the facilities were great but since that time no renovation has been done. The door in our room couldn’t be closed properly, the door lock was broken, there was a strong smell of canalization a few times and the drain in the shower was logged. Constant noise from the road even with closed balcony door. No WiFi in the rooms. Tourists could be more environmentally cautious and not leave lots of plastic rubbish and cigarettes bulls on the beach, in the evening the sea was quite dirty :/ the staff on the beach tries their best to keep the place clean (thanks to Ali), but it’s very sad how irresponsible the guests are to leave empty water bottles right close to water and smoke everywhere instead of doing that in specific places on the beach!

The hotel territory is very green and well-kept, nice sandy beach, good service and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is very good as always👌 Lots of entertainment for guests. Spa zone is recommended to visit. Special thanks to Burak, a chiropractor, and the whole team of massage therapists. The reception staff was always friendly and eager to help, actually all the staff was very nice and attentive :)
