The hotel is conveniently located right by the main beach area (8 min walk). The owner was a very kind & nice guy. We have initially booked 1 suite for 4 people but once we've arrived he has offered us 2 separate rooms due to slow season which was extremely sweet of him to do! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything you need. This place also has a pool!

We arrived late and they made sure we were OK checking in. Very clean hotel. Rooms had a small kitchen with a 47inch smart tv, free WiFi to connect to NETFLIX etc Really was a very good basic option, 20 min walk into marmaris centre, but 5 min from the beach with mote restaurants than you'd ever need. Supermarkets less than 2 min away

Only thing that we could critizise is that the Pots were a bit to large to use two at the same time… a minor thing compared to the great time we had in Marmaris and the extremely warm athmosphere created by the staff! Thanks a lot pasha-princess

The towels were clean but some of them had stains. I recommend replacing them.

Everything is as in the photos. Excellent apartments with a kitchen. There are enough dishes for two, we dined on the balcony, it was nice. Furniture and bed are comfortable. Very friendly staff. Close to the sea, quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations. We found our suite beautiful, clean and the staff to be engaging, thoughtful and kind during our month stay. The suite itself is spacious and has a bright modern comfortable design. The king size bed and pillows were VERY comfortable! We enjoyed eating on the oversized wide balcony. The balcony had a cute table for two and a nice standing rack to hang our wet towels and clothes. We didn’t have the hotels’s breakfast. Rather, we enjoyed immensely being able to make our own breakfast in our suite’s Kitchen. We had everything we needed to make all our daily meals. They even bought us a requested pot style. The hotel has nice restaurants near by and is a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk to the beach. I liked the distance between us and the beach. Because, during our last visit, we found the bars play exceptionally loud music until late. This was much more peaceful and still a relatively short walking distance. The hotel has a nice clean refreshing pool, comfortable lounge chairs and a great covered lounge area with a bar. They have daily breakfast and very nice reasonably priced lunch specials. The bar drinks are made fresh, taste delicious and LEGIT with non watered down or fake alcohol. We found this to be NOT THE CASE with the restaurants and bars on the Beach Strip. They will sometimes not even put the alcohol in your drink and then say it was a “mistake” if you call them out. When I had 2 Pina Colada’s and no buzz .. I knew. Be aware, the beach strip restaurants are famous for this! Also, I’d like to mention I had some pain from a back injury, when I arrived. The owner helped me find a local physical therapist! She came to the hotel on his request. After 4 weeks of her treatment, my back was nearly healed. In summary, the Kinley Suites more than met my expectations and need for a peacefully quiet and relaxing vacation with my love. Thanks so much, Robin and Peiman xo

Everything was fabulous, staff, location the hotel itself was spotless so clean and comfortable the best beds I've ever been in in a hotel with great cooking facilities. The staff were so nice and helpful Ilhan and Mitch at reception were so friendly and nice. An absolute gem of a hotel just a short walk to the beach and main strip. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Turkey again well done guys you have a beautiful hotel and lovely staff one of the best I've been in 👏

Everything was brilliant nothing a miss the owners and staff have got this place on point.

Pleasure leaving a review for this fantastic immaculate apartments. Beutifully located with amminties all around and a short walk to the beach. Shops, restraunt for breakfast lunch bar all on the same road. But even better on at the front of the building they have their own bar/restraunt. Nights are definitely quite and peaceful here. Customer service is second to none, Ebo absolutely fantastic accommodating to every need for me and my little kids. Yazir with his sense if humour and Illian all top professionals in this field delivering outstanding customer service. As a family with 3 small chilldren I was quickly accomadated on the ground floor with a fantastic view of the pool which lights up blue in the evening. This was used daily great pool for kids. Balconies are huge same legnth as the full apartment, everything listed is available in the apartment all applicances are like new if not brand new. Brightly lit rooms and the beds exceeded my expectations very comfortable. I also slept on the sofa bed which was a full single bed matress with being 6ft it was large & very comfortable. Second visit to Marmaris with kids the thrid visit will be back here without a doubt for us. Overwhelemed with the overall stay would rate it 10 stars if possible. Thank you to all the staff for having us and see you again soon!

Very high prices all over Marmaris . Very poor quality and very expensive food . For dry and small portion kebab i must pay £ 17.99 !!! Prices higher than in England, I absolutely do not recommend it .

Due to where the building is situated the sun doesn’t reach the pool apart from 1 hour everyday and it’s only half of the pool , it’s very cold

Very good location of the hotel, clean rooms and a swimming pool with a small bar, I recommend it mainly for families, pleasant atmosphere, about 100 meters to the nearest shop, 3 ATMs 200 meters, very easy access to the main beach, very nice service at the reception who helped us a lot

Had everything we needed!

Stayed here in March for 4 days, booked here last minute and honestly exceeded our expectations. Reception staff ilhan, ibo and kumsol was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were kept clean and had plenty of room, balcony was spacious. Location was perfect 5 minute walk to shops, beach, bars/restaurants and everything we needed. The place was very quiet and very close to the cente. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped! The personal was very very pleasant and willing to help with anything. We had a problem with our AC (to heat up the apartman a bit) and everyone was so helpful and fixed it. I just must recommend this! :-)
