Cold water in the swimming pool both outside and inside. Only one small bottle of conditioner was placed at the room for three persons and no items we refilled.

Nice area outside, good food, big room with refrigerator and teaset, massage at SPA. The personal is very friendly.

Alcohol, only beer was drinkable the rest were no good.

Staff were incredible, all were very good, never went to another hotel in my life that had all the staff work and act as good.

We didn’t get the rooms we booked so two groups were moved to a big family room. It was really nice but we lost the privacy and had to share bathrooms, incl. showers.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything there so there wasn’t any need to go out of the hotel.

Nothing really, the only minor gripe was that sometimes the tables during breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant took a while to be readied for the next diners. That said the team did work extremely hard and have nothing but the highest praise for them.

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms clean and spacious. Myself and my daughters loved the facilities, pools, beach, spa, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Swimming pools were great , beach area was also nice but too many rocks in the sea. Room was ok, I had nice birthday room decoration for my birthday also lovely staff prepared a table decorated in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful :)

Everything was great, especially I'd like to mention staff of the hotel: friendly, supportive, ready to help and solve all the questions and not annoying at all. Many thanks for the animation team: Furkan, Fuat, Jenya and of course lovely and funny Mehmet :) The F&B team also does a great work. All the dishes are tasty, there is a great variety of choice, everyday is a special menu and presentation in front of the main restaurant (e.g. Mexican day, Turkish night). Barmen at the main restaurant and lobby bar are very nice and polite. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy (we had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view in the 1st building). The territory of Numa Bay is rather compact, but smartly thought out, so all the activities, bars and restaurants are on their places. All in all the hotel met and I would say exceeded out expectations.

Crowded Canteen: Be aware that the canteen, especially during the season, can get very crowded. This might be an issue if you prefer a quieter dining experience. Loud Music: This hotel has a lively atmosphere, and there can be loud music playing throughout the day and night. If you or your family are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this might not be the best choice.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms, But Be Prepared for a Party Vibe Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but with a caveat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with especially nice beds. We also enjoyed the well-stocked drink bard by the beach, though the quality of service from the bartenders varied.

That the pools were so cold and the evening buffet quite samey, but still excellent value.

Although they say that there is a night buffet,there was actually almost nothing there; but to be fair, you would already stuffed full from all the food through the day. There is no need for it. Wish there were more slides to be honest. The night events were not really that fun.

Lots of locations to rest and relax, really good food, the waffles and pizza from the snack bar were delicious. The bars and entertainment staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms and beds were really comfortable and the maids are very nice.

One thing that was a little frustrating, we had a triple room (2 adults and 1 teenager) but there was only 2 of everything inside. 2 cups/glasses, 2 chairs on the balcony, 2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 towels etc. Would be nice to have 3 of everything. The one thing that was annoying was the music at the pool. It was very loud. We stayed at the adult pool all week but could still hear it. Difficult to even read on times at the volume was too high. The coffee wasn't very good anywhere on site, very bitter.

The hotel is great, about 20 minutes from Alanya. We really liked the location, a little quieter away from the hustle and bustle (but there are shops etc close by). The hotels facilities are very good. Lovely private beach, lots of pools, many restaurants, a spa etc. We spent most days at the adult pool which was a nice place to relax. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a huge selection of places to eat and drink. Restaurants/bars at the beach, Waffle/ice cream bar, Chinese, Steakhouse, Mexican, coffee shop and patisserie, snack bars plus the main restaurant. Lots of variety of food and drinks. We were there for Halloween and Turkeys 100 year Republic Anniversary and the hotel made a huge effort. Themed food, entertainment, decorations etc, great job! We would definitely go back, loved it!

We didn't like the deck chairs. They were uncomfortable. Also almost every day the choice of food is the same. Except 2 nights. That would be okay to change a bit. Also, on our last night on Saturday, there was some private party for some external guests and part of the restaurant was closed for dinner. That was not OK from the management because all of us paid for the service and we felt like some 2'nd rated guests. Okay, there was obvious reason for some celebration, but regular guest should not feel like there is someone more important than them.

We liked the room, especially its cleanliness. Staff is also really polite and helpful.

I love the ambiance and entertainment. The overflowing food and drinks obviously. They also Upgraded our room which was really kind. The waiters/waitresses in the main restaurant are efficient and works really hard. The night entertainment is good for families. There is so much to do. Not a boring day at all.

The only minus was that during the whole day they played loud (disco/ techno) music at the pool area at certain times that we could even hear in our room. Luckily they toned it down a little towards the end of our stay. The hotel is very family oriented, so if you're looking for a quiet couple time maybe it's not for you - we didn't mind and also it was the main season in August.

We had a wonderful stay, booked it last minute during the summer season and our expectations were exceeded. The modern room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly and there was also a nice balcony with lots of room. The food was amazing (so much to chose from), the staff friendly and helpful, we loved the jetty by the sea and right infront of the hotel are plenty shops and bazars.

It doesn't seem like a 5 star hotel, more like a 4. Overall, there where some small details that were disappointing, but not enough to damper our overall stay. Except for the young man that helped us with our luggage on arrival, the staff was quite rude and unwelcoming. I let them know twice I was on my honeymoon and asked about the honeymoon special, but they hadn't arrange it when I arrive. The a la carte restaurants where fully booked or closed during our stay, so we couldn't try them. So if you are going, I would advice to book them in advance. They don't give a very good induction at the beginning, so you start find out a bunch of rules as you go. For example, you can't ask for a beach towel after 2pm. One morning I wasn't feeling very well, so I went after 2, and they say they couldn't give me a towel. Also, you have to ask for the towels in the spa, so every time you go they try to push you for a massage. These are little things, but overall we had a really nice time and we enjoyed our stay at Numa and would recommend it. Resorts are really fast paced, and there is a lot going on, so it's understandable things like this will happen.

In general it was a really nice stay. The room was nice and comfortable. The food was fantastic, they have great variety. We had lunch at the beach snack a la carte for lunch, and it was really nice. they have good options for swimming pools. We enjoyed the adults pools, it was quite relaxing. The beach was calm, we really enjoyed going into the water from the pier.

I would prefer a good orientation on checkin so people know what events are happening and so on. This needs to be worked on

The buffet of the 3 meals and snacks at n the pool all is amazing! Great value for money as we took the all inclusive package. Pools were clean and food for kids and there is also an adults pool only. The food selection changes almost every night.

The main rest rooms not clean Desserts are not nice it's must be more taesty the hotel have some places that needs repairs

The price for airport shuttle was very expensive. We didnt have the option of using taxi or uber because we had to leave early in the morning. So there was no other option than paying 100 euros just for one sided shuttle. It was a bit too much. There are two restaurants within the resort that could only be used if reserved before and you dont get place there anytime before a week at least. You have to get a reservation for one week time to have dinner there.

It was a very nice resort for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely good. Hasan receptionist was very good. He helped us at every trouble. The pools are clean and accessible. They arranged events at every night. It was in overall great experience.
