Steep and uneven road from the hotel to nearby public transportation, making it extremely difficult to walk with a suitcase. At the end you have to pay 50 euro for a private airport transfer. Also there was a cat sneaked into the room and stayed there for a whole night and staff said it is not unusual.

The shower head was broken. The issue, however was addressed immediately and it was not such an inconvenience after all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was full and had quite the options. The view from our room was excellent and the location of the property is very convenient despite the hills. We were very pleased with the services provided considering the money we paid. The staff offered us treats and also carried our luggage whenever necessary. Very hospitable!

Well, I gave 8 as a mark because I didn't have TV for a whole week but it was the same thing for the whole hotel... broken antena. We also experienced a shortage of water for a few hours. The pipe under the sink leaked, and fortunately, it has been repaired the day after. They should consider changing the pillows, not very comfortable. All in all, I really recommend this place.

Nice view from the balcony. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good towels. They are making up the room on a daily basis if asked for. Very nice staff and particularly helpful at the reception. Kalen speaks excellent English and has a good knowledge of many topics and how to manage around. Excellent responsiveness with some issues. Breakfast is very good... eggs, French toast, variety of cheese, good fresh bread, and jam. Too bad that they only have "instant " coffee. The breakfast lady is very dedicated to her task. The location is quite good and quiet as well.

The internet is not the best The tv didn't work ( due to a storm that broke the antena)...not big deal, we would have used it a background sound

Located in the heart of the old town, close to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, warm (air con eficient and silentious ), outside the cold november , 8 degrees max. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good and there is cofee, tea and water, close to the reception, for free at any time . Over all we had a good experience, i recomand the place.

Small snag my air con was playing up, but staff fixed it no questions asked.

The location was great, near the big sites like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia. Not far from a tram stop and 20 mins from nearest metro. I really liked the staff, they were welcoming and so helpful. Free breakfast included in the price The beds were comfy, I loved my balcony Fridge in every room Cold and hot water available at entrance in water machine.

We had to walk down to get coffee/tea. A kettle should've been provided in the room. The breakfast wasn't that great either.
