Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe hotel grounds are magnificent—it’s a pine forest, not soulless palm trees. All the plants are well-maintained, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the kids' club is amazing.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe beach here has its ups and downs. While the beach itself is beautiful, the entrance to the sea is rocky and challenging, so it’s tough to go in barefoot. If you plan on swimming, it’s a good idea to bring water shoes. The non-alcoholic drink options were disappointing; there’s not a lot of variety, and they didn’t meet our expectations for a five-star experience. The only complaint about the rooms would be an extremely small blanket for covering ourselves at night. It was one person blanket put into a room for 2 people. The staff were friendly but didn’t go above and beyond, which is something we would have expected from a five-star resort. English-speaking ability among the staff was limited, with many only speaking broken English, which occasionally led to communication issues.
One of the standout aspects of this resort is the range of activities available. There’s a bit of everything—swimming pools, table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, and even football. We found ourselves always entertained, whether we were on the courts or by the poolside. Water sports are another highlight, with options like boat rentals and jet skis for those looking for a bit of an adrenaline rush. Just keep in mind that the jet ski rental is on the pricier side at around 100 EUR for 20 minutes. Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club is an all-inclusive resort, and the food selection was solid. There are a variety of options, and the quality of food was impressive, with something to satisfy everyone. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with cozy beds that made for a good night’s sleep. The rooms themselves are well-maintained. Overall, Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club is a beautiful resort with a lot of fantastic amenities and activities to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place to stay busy with sports and water activities, you’ll have a great time here.

United KingdomThe water sports section was very limited and the team running weren't interested in anything other than jet ski hire and parasailing. No sailing or windsurfing despite what the adverts say.
Lovely setting but not too much around about. Really nice set up with the rooms set up.like little streets. Food was excellent!!! The amphitheatre and evening entertainment were an unexpected big bonus

SwitzerlandI stayed at this hotel for the third time, that’s how I loved it! Very nice place, fantastic food, cosy territory, very good massage services! I especially loved Dzhazgul ( Джазгуль), she is very professional and I felt so much better after her massage sessions.

NorwayWe were in different hotels during 10 days. This one had the best food with a huge selection of meats. Delicious food. Waiters carefully remove dirty dishes. The service staff both in the restaurant and in the bar are really very, very good. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and given a nice room. Wide beach. We will definitely be back next year.

GermanyIt’s is comparable small territory but very green and cozy. The food was tasty but nothing outstanding. Noticeably the personal was friendly and helpful but never annoying. The room was rather larger but some basics are missing (kettle, iron), we also see some space for improvement on the comfort of the terrace. Overall we had a great time with our 1 year old baby. Main plus: solid food, short walks, good service.

United Kingdom- The loud music played late every evening - you can hear it clearly in the hotel room and it sometimes goes on until midnight. Some will no doubt enjoy it but as a family we wanted to sleep a bit earlier. - Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas which isn't great.
Things I liked about our stay: - Staff were very friendly and welcoming - and spoke both Russian and English! - The food was excellent - there was a good variety to choose from and always plenty of it! - The swimming pool was great, the sea was lovely and the children really enjoyed the kids' club!

PolandLoud music till almost midnight but it’s understandable that disco is a part of entertainment program. Rooms seems are smaller than provided in the description.
Small buildings almost hidden in the forest - this is something really cool as you always was in shadow of trees. Exceptional meals - a huge selection of different dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, cakes and pastries. Right on a seashore with enough of loungers. Great massage masters in a local SPA.

United KingdomThe room smelled of damp. Aircon is super strong but it blows at the bed straight into your head (we were only able to adjust the strength and level but still we had to sleep on opposite side). Sprinkles always kept our patio wet so we couldn't sit outside without slipping about.
We had a great time staying here. Our kid loved it, especially the aquapark. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Food is more than delicious (options are vast). The entertainment at night is fun. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. I absolutely loved the spa (massage) and Turkish bath is a must!

SwedenThe cleaning staff was a bit forgetful and the Guest Relations service wasn't amazing, although they did adress our concerns in the end. On some occasions towels were removed without being replaced, and they forgot to clean our room once or twice. When brought up, it got fixed although it did take a little longer than expected. A minor thing on an otherwise great trip.
The beach was nice. The hotel in general was beautiful. The food was acceptable (which for an all-inclusive is above average). There were many options provided and there was always something to chow down on. Even though the name says kids concept - it was not entirely centered around kids, so for someone who doesn't have them, this is still a great option if you don't mind seeing a few of them around. The entertainment staff were great and provided positivty and energy. If you don't feel like doing a lot of exploring, and mostly just want to hang around the beach and have some drinks in the evening, this, or other places like this, is the place.

AustriaThere were some issues with cleanliness - sheets were dirty with a pen and once I have found a dead cockroach near the door inside the room. We have lived on the first floor and there was a high humidity.
A lot of pines and other plants on the territory, 1st line, private beach. Enormous variety of food all day long - everyone can found something. Beach is very clean, water also.

AustriaI assume this is not directly within control of the hotel but, bathrooms at ground floor (in the room and facilities) were a little smelly. Not possible to throw toilet paper in the toilet was not that nice- again possibly a general problem in many seaside resorts in Kemer. Cocktails were too sweet for our taste Local alcohololic beverages (bier, wine and raki) were more tasty for us.
Amazing location Amazing service/personnel Super delicious food Beach was great Facility overall was very beautifully kept and clean Rooms have either balcony or a patio looking over an inneryard that has very old trees-that made it super nice to chill even at your room. Although we did not use, facilities and activities for children are plenty and looks fun! Every night there is a dance show and following it with dj & disco😊 Overall we loved the location and the hotel, would think to visit again.

United Statesanimation was very loud, sometimes you could hear animators at the pool from the beach, also in the evening you can hear animation even when you are away from it, it's annoying. generally music volume was unnecessarily high, it was impossible for us to stay at the pool when animation was on. maybe it's like this in all hotels of this type, I don't know, it was our first time in an all-inclusive in Turkey (before having children we used to go to much quieter places, like completely wild beaches).
pines, sea, pier, food, activities for kids, water sports, sauna, overall it's a very nice place and we enjoyed it, the pines all around and the view from the pier are fantastic, also the sea is very clean and deep and beautiful (if you jump from the pier, the entrance to the sea is fine too but it's mostly for kids to play there)
