Didn't really have a balcony, only a window that you can lean on. Also the kitchen there didn't offer a lot of stuff and the internet connection is not great in all rooms

The room was nice and it exceeded our expectations. The beach was also really close and there were a lot of nice restaurants close by

It was very smoky at the staircase area.

Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night before going to the airport. The room was clean. The window overlooked the yard and the house opposite. It was quite calm at night inspite of the fact that there are a lot of noisy pubs nearby. A person at the reseption was quite welcoming. I liked this hotel. It's a good value for money. But I wouldn't stay here longer than couple of nights.

Facilities are very poor. The breakfast (included to reservation) was poor too. It is so complicated to find the personal to fix any issues.

No plug in the wash hand basin made shaving and a quick refreshing somewhat tricky. More toilet paper required . A couple more hand towels . The owner/ manager did not want payment in Pounds Sterling .He gave several options . Happy with Turkish Lira .

The restaurant waitress/ cook was very attentive . My room was clean . The air-conditioning was new very effective . The new television gave an insight into Turkish society . Modern channels . The bedroom though basic had a modern up to the minute feel. Contemporary furnishing . Would l want to return to this hotel? In a word yes . Great location for buses , taxis , the beach promenade .

Hot water is not always accessible, sometimes it's only slightly warm. Some services are still under construction, lift doesn't work. Staff members don't speak English.

I have arrived at 2 am but no airport transfert even if it's mentioned in their booking's page description. No shampo and shower gel. The staff was agressive, specialy the receptionist at night.

We don’t really like Turkish style shower combined with toilet but that is local tradition you have to respect.

Good small hotel, perfect location few blocks to the beach, park, restaurants. Great manager. Home like breakfasts prepared for you by manager.

The only think is the location amazing,near by the beach and very convinient. The breakfast is everyday the same and there is no a menu of open table to choose. They are the ones giving you what they want. Also, there is no milk in the whole building, I need to buy mo own milk. The same problem is with the kettle, they do not provide you,just you need to ask and is a old one and I bought the coffee from a shoop near by. So if you need a place close to beach but without anything else included you may reconsider this one but I will not recommend or go again there.
