Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech Republicice-cream on beach from 12-00, would be great if it would be given same as bar (from 10-00 am). Beverages only local ones, would be great if international are provided as well, even for a surcharge.

Belgium-It's not possible to adjust air-conditioning as you wish as it's always 23 degrees or maybe it was only in my room. At the end of September it was ok though. -the hotel has a small territory, so no walks after dinner - for me it wasn't a problem, but eventually it will be important for somebody.
-all stuff is very helpful and friendly -the hotel is new and modern, with very stylish design and it was a pleasure to spend time in a cozy lobby bar -the idea of making sandwiches to take away is fabulous - you can always find some at the lobby bar -nice animation program -fast and regular buses to and from the beach with a super friendly driver

PolandSome of the personel seems to be very busy talking to each other rather than providing good service to you. This mostly applies to the personel at the bakery. You can wait for them for 15 mins and then they appear to be talking to someone else. The shower in the room was leaking, and you can’t sleep with the window open since some people on the street are listening to music. A lot of people smoking all the time at the pool and the restaurant. If you wish to sit outside and have a dinner, but you’re non smoker and don’t like the smell of a cigarette, better not to go outside. It’s quite stuffy in the common areas such as lobby or the corridor in the 0 floor.
The hotel is new, however it’s obvious that the materials used are cheap. It’s clean everywhere, the food in the restaurant is good and there’s good choice. Turkish tea is great. The driver on the bus to the beach is really positive and cool. Transfer from the hotel to the airport was good and comfortable.

RussiaNo import alco, most of the food is absolute trash, beach is not connected to the hotel territory, so you need to wait the bus, which is pretty old, but good. Overall location is away from city's "active zone". Very small gym, entertainment schedule is weird and activities are weird. In fact the only activity i liked is water polo, but i felt bad for the rest of the people in pool. Music on disco is weird, and in fact the only thing to do is to drink tequila, which made by local producer and it's quality is questionable. As well as drinks in minibar. SPA is also low-quality, low temperature in steam-room and in sauna, and rotten smell hanging around.
Helpful staff, clean rooms, good and clean area around hotel, good service on the beach. Some of the food is really good.
