This is more likely a hostel than a hotel. We had a big room with a sea view but honestly all the room with all the furniture, towels and the bathroom needs a total renovation. It is so dated and I think they clean it before the clients, but it’s now almost impossible to get it clean … And I would suggest to put at least a small shower gel in the bathroom, if nothing else… And the breakfast - it was so little and poor.. we had to ask literally for everything - for some slices of tomato and cucumber, for butter.. Not to stay hungry for the whole day. But the hosts were really helpful and friendly- they tried to help us with the little things they had. Actually if you come prepared for all this and you have a car, it’s a good place to stay.

This lodge is right across the street from a wonderful Las Cuevas beach. Very comfortable location if you want just to rest and enjoy the beach. As for dinner options there is practically no choice and the same - for taxi. You need to be prepared and have your taxi driver to arrange a ride. The couple that owns the lodge is just wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful, tried to arrange everything we needed! Very nice staff! The bed in the room was surprisingly comfortable! And the open terrace area is comfortable to hang out.

The room didn't have a microwave, the fridge could've been on a height. Like a stool or shelf.

I like the fact that the place was air-conditioned they had cable TV, hot water, a fridge, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, there was a dryer in the toilet. Also the toilet and bathroom was very spacious. And it was very close to the beach.

That the room I was in did not have a smart tv to watch netflix or screen cast from your smart phone to the tv. They did not have outlets close to the bed to charge your devices which was quite unfortunate.

I have to compare, stay in Tobago 12-15 July'24 $455. Per 🌙 per room Bed&breakfast, Rm up-to-date design yours looked like one night stand place. Your rooms is not worth the price not even those shown after for $900 and above. I stayed in Tbgo with kids last year Easter it had a hotplate to prepare my own meals & $300. for 2..per room x 2. The place open 2000, but it looks like we were the first in the rooms.

The room itself didn’t have an ocean view. You had to go out onto the shared deck just outside the room to see the ocean. The bedroom was fairly clean but the bathroom was dirty and dated. There was mold on the pipes, the shower head was rusty and leaking and the toilet wasn’t the cleanest. I should have known something was wrong when I saw no bathroom pictures on the site when booking. The WiFi wasn’t working and there was no cable as advertised. In fact the tv wouldn’t even turn on! Then we couldn’t fully enjoy the deck area because once night fell the mosquitoes were on the attack.

Great location across the street from the beach, beautiful ocean views from the property, nice ambiance, friendly staff and comfortable bed. I could see this hotel was the place to be in it’s day.

The whole place needs a total revamp, the furnishings are very outdated. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, definitely better when Trevis was around!

Trevis, the Manager, absolutely made our holiday, he was so accommodating and friendly. The view from the terrace was lovely and the beaches were outstanding.

This a decidedly motel-quality experience. Some furnishings and linens could use an update to truly feel like a "boutique hotel." Staff service was mixed. The value of this spot is in its location--with the beautiful surroundings you might not want (or need!) to do much more than sleep in the room, especially if you go with an economy room option.

Great location across the street from the beach. The hotel manager is fantastic and very accommodating. The restaurant/bar patio is lovely to hang out during the day and evening. The food is good, considering there are virtually no other options in the area.

I booked a room for three people but there was only accommodation for two. I believe that the information given for "deluxe twin room" for three people is misleading and inadequate. There was not even a sofa for a third person to sleep on. I do not feel that I got a good bargain for my money. Fortunately, the manager, Mr. Clark,was very helpful and allowed my husband to stay in another smaller room which was not booked and my daughter and I stayed in the designated room. If it were not for him my stay would have been ruined.

The lack of food access in surroundings, current went so we couldn't get food prepared on time as it was our anniversary it was disappointing. However, the bar staff Rodney and the other staff were very welcoming in all our requests. They made an excellent effort in serving us, and it ended in an enjoyable evening.

The staff at the bar was very accommodating, and access to the beach is great.

Wanted a local breakfast but all they had local was sada roti and fry plantain which I don't like so I had to settle for scramble eggs and toast. I was in room 104 and there was no hot water.

I have stayed a few times before with previous owners and they were renovating! But! There is a lot of upgrading in the room with furniture and bath math and bedroom linens, secure closet space and Wi-Fi connection! Simple as outdoor functional shower! Incorporate the colors of the Logo in and around property! Then you can call it a Romantic getaway! It’s convenient and can be made a household name!!!!

It wasn’t an average breakfast, where as there was a guy whom had to order triple times in order to satisfy his appetite! It’s like a sample!!! I do like the meals and Chef who has been there for a long time!!!!

Don't expect luxury. The furnishings are very basic which is expected given the price, however, there are some things that were no no's like paint splatter on the sheets which were discolored. A little TLC would go a long way. The fittings are very outdated. All that being said, the location would get me to return but for one-nighters only.

The location is ideal just across the road from the Las Cuevas Beach Facility. The restaurant is well placed for excellent views. The menu is limited and food very basic but the staff were very pleasant and willing to assist.

The place needs to be cleaner. The rooms were musty smelling, the bathrooms were dirty, there was no hot water, the bathrooms were backing up The place was very dusty and dirty. I have stayed here several times but this time was the worst. Something needs to be done with the overall cleanliness if you want repeat clients. You have a perfect location
