We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe shower plug didn't drain very well but the main issue was that there is a nightclub on a nearby floor and I could still hear the music (faintly, but enough to disturb) late into the night. The fact that the hotel provides earplugs might be a bit of a giveaway on this (I used them). Given the price of the room, this was disappointing.
The location is very central and the room was clean with good facilities.

If you just need a nice place to sleep it’s actually pretty good. It’s old but it’s so close to MRT. Many good eats just in walking distance. Staff may not be the cheerful bunch like other 5 star hotels but for the value and convenience of location, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.
