CanadaSpa was becoming a bit old, water not very clean, there was a bit of the odour in the room from the canalisation ( bathroom) so we had to air the room out all the time.

UkraineOn websites we saw information that you get to choose breakfasts. In fact - there was a daily menu, so we did not have option to choose what we prefer to eat. Breakfasts were ok, but sometimes personally I would have chosen something else. Also unfortunately an unpleasant accident happened during our stay - we had to evacuate and spend some time outside, while hotel staff and specialists dealt with issue, which happened early in the morning. No one is to blame and hotel workers acted with high professionalism. But the fact that announcement system did not work properly and people experienced such a stress left a bit negative aftertaste. And weird that only compensation people got was free tea/coffee. Anyways other than that everything was good. Last thing which left negative impression is... people who stay there. Spa zone around the pool was all "taken" - people were just throwing wet towels on the sunbeds and leaving for hours. Maybe it is a good idea to have staff removing those after several hours, so others could also have a chance to relax there.
The general impression was above and beyond perfect. Clean rooms, awesome spa zone, insanely beautiful hotel, lovely polite staff. Once we arrived we got a whole tour around the hotel. Prices for such amount of pleasure are really reasonable. Comparing to other hotels they are way lower, considering you get breakfast included, spa access is free and there is no alternative to this botanic garden/jungles which seems to be a special feature of hotel. You basically dive into eco spa atmosphere and don't want to leave. It was very convenient that you could order services to your room very easy - every room has QR code that would take you to the webpage with list of services. Cleaning was done daily and we also spotted people taking care of plants, which are just everywhere - it is nice to see how clean and neat everything is. Food is awesome. Cooks do great job and it was a peasant surprise that everything actually was cooked pretty fast. And again - prices are even lower than in some restaurants nearby.

UkraineThe quality of the facility (furniture, quality of materials used etc) overall doesn't correspond to the level in the city in general. I've stayed in other places in Truskavets and was a bit disappointed that Higina SPA did not adhere to the same level of comfort in the rooms. Not all rooms have AC, it is sort of a gamble if you'll get one. As well as the bed itself (which is just a mattress on the floor) - not all rooms have the same type of a mattress. I did not have great sleep on the one we've had, it was too soft sadly.
Staff was lovely and very helpful, they made sure their guests were enjoying the stay. Location and the design of the complex itself is creative and worth checking out. SPA facilities and services were of a great quality as well. We were immensely satisfied with cosmetological procedures and massages.

UkraineThe property looks tired. The room is exceptionally small - the bed is literally on the floor so difficult to get in and out of. Lucky we only stayed one night. Most of the staff seem disinterested and unhappy. Massage was average. Sun beds are literally on the tin roof. It’s obvious that they attempted to do something quirky with the design but it’s just a bit chaotic and odd with stair’s everywhere.
The front terrace is pleasant. Hamburgers for dinner were excellent

UkraineThe rooms were very small, with a lack of power outlets near the bed. In fact, there were only 2-3 outlets in the entire room, including the shower area. The bathrobes provided were undersized for adults. There were no proper beds; the mattress was simply placed on the floor. The furniture appeared homemade and quite untidy. The linens were unattractive, and it was clear that the hotel was not well-maintained. It was in need of renovation. The most dreadful aspect was the parking situation. It was just a gravel-filled area where it was nearly impossible to find a parking spot. Cars were parked in multiple rows, but it still wasn't enough for all the guests. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but it was not fulfilling. The breakfast offered was standard, with tea/coffee options and a muffin. In conclusion, my experience at Higina Spa Hotel was disappointing. Despite the attractive lobby and pool, the overall condition of the hotel, the rooms, and the parking area were subpar. Improvements are needed to meet the expectations of guests.
Overall, the only thing I liked was the design of the lobby and the swimming pool. Everything else was in quite a poor condition. Not all saunas were operational, and the Finnish sauna had an unpleasant smell. Ordering hot tubs required an additional fee.

United Arab EmiratesThe service (promises vs. reality), parking is almost absent (mud and gravel), there was no mini bar in our luxe room (but it was mentioned on booking.com). We booked luxe room for 2 nights, the next day we were told that there is no luxe available so offered first night in standard room and the next we would move to the luxe. In standard room there are only 2 towels for 2 people (to have additional towels for the SPA we had to pay), but that's your mistake we did not receive luxe room, why do we have to pay for towels if we could pay for the room which offers 4 towels? We were told that we would not be forced to change our room the next day, but the next day receptionist said that it is possible to do at 1 pm only!!!, so we had to sit in the hotel and...wait? To run to be on time? Luckily they had an option for us: we could collect our stuff and they moved it to the new room.
The restaurant offers great food and we liked the the steam room. Pool was also comfortable temperature
