Being on the second floor without an elevator for two days and the door to the room was VERY difficult to open. The shower was a mess, it literally leaked all over the floor and the shower head plumbing was leaking whenever you used the shower, it spayed all over the place.

The room was nice and had everything we needed.

Price a little high. Limited breakfast options. No protein available. Hotel was out of syrup for pancakes/ waffles . Employee indicated someone forgot to thaw it the night before.

Breakfast could have been much better. The men's bathroom off of the lobby was not clean while we were there. We stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels, which the lady at the front desk finally brought up herself.

Only thing hot was a pancake machine. No proteins like eggs, bacon, or Sausages. The ad said that hot breakfast was available

Pillows could be thicker. Didn't like the fact that you had to walk across the room to turn on the jacuzzi tub. Needs to be closer along with the light switch.

The keys doesn’t work sometimes, I have to go down to the reception to updates huge card! So I didn’t know what happened! And for security the door close from 11pm to 5:am and when wecame in the hotel from that time you have to wait to someone open the door for you

the smoke alarm on the entire building went off and work us from our sleep and I thought it was just our alarm in our room and called the front desk to ask about it and she asked me if I was smoking and I said no I was sleeping and then she immediately told me they were going off in the entire building. I didn’t appreciate the accusation. otherwise everything was fine.

Whoever stayed in the room before us must have hung on the shower curtain rod because it was coming out of the wall. We informed the staff. They offered another room, but it wasn't necessary. The best weren't the best, but they worked.

When booking this stay, I stated that I was bringing my service animal with me. Once we got to the hotel, my husband was signing the paperwork and there was a pet charge on there. I told the lady that I had put on my reservation that I was bringing a service animal with me. Once I showed the service animal badge, she said she was going to have to talk to her manager. Once she stepped away to talk to the manager, I took the signed paperwork and put it in my purse. She came back and said the manager said it was okay to take that charge off and wanted the paperwork back. I refused. She printed out new paperwork with that charge removed. I felt like if I hadn't taken the first set of paperwork that was signed, they would have used it. Another thing is when I was booking it, I asked to pay at the hotel. Before I got there, it was already charged to my card. Also, the hotel gives Military Discounts but wouldn't give it to us because we had booked through an app. The swimming pool was nice but on the website, it stated that there was a sauna. The sauna and the shower at the pool were locked and filled with supplies. The website stated they had a breakfast, it wasn't acceptable to us. My husband can't eat a lot of bread and sugar. The breakfast was waffles and cereal. So we didn't eat the breakfast. One thing that did make us feel uncomfortable, was there were men sitting outside in their cars. I guess they were drivers. Other than that it was nice.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The internet was good, just not real fast. Which was fine with us. The staff overall was very nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn't all that good. It was waffles and cereal. With my husband not eating bread, it wasn't acceptable for us. The swimming pool was very nice and we enjoyed it. We really liked that you have to use a room key to get into it making it somewhat private.
