Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe rooms have been renovated and I was disappointed that the bathrooms were much smaller and configured in an awkward way. We rented three rooms and each bathroom was cramped and difficult to manuever in. One had no towel rack or hook. In each the toilets were wedged in a very narrow space between either the wall and the sink or shower giving very little space for comfort. The sinks are long and rectangular with the drain sitting towards the far end meaning water in the front end of the sink doesn't drain. The bathrooms are just poorly designed and when you are staying for a few days, it becomes a real annoyance.
Beatuiful historic hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great location.

United StatesThe hotel guaranteed a roll out bed/ cot during booking and again confirmed a day prior to check in. Upon arrival, our room was not prepared nor did they reserve a room large enough to accommodate the extra cot. We were given an extra room however for only 2 nights and had to unfortunately cut our trip short due to the sleeping arrangements.
Breakfast and staff were lovely.

United StatesThe room was on the small side as was the bathroom. The bathroom had a sliding door with frosted glass and an automatic blinding light that turned on whenever anyone walked by or opened the door including in the middle of the night when people were trying to sleep. The hotel is currently under renovation which meant that I was woken up at 6:30am to the sounds of drills and hammers.
Hotel was in an amazing location on the Freedom Trail and very close to the T. The room we had looked to be recently updated and was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and the bell-hops / valet were so helpful. The workout facility was nice also!

United StatesI wish I knew there were 3 weddings that night. Aldi, the bars closed very early. . As a select guest member I am used to better service. Full coffee service for free in the morning isn’t a lot to expect . I usually get something upon arrival there was nothing. I was told to go to Starbucks for coffee?I’ve stayed in a lot of Omni hotels this was a first. In SF they actually refilled the coffee with hot coffee because they said it had been out for an hour. The front desk staff at checkout and check in were amazing.

Room and bed were small, but a good value for the excellent location. The restaurant could have had more hours, although there was a shop selling snacks, baked goods and coffee. Bar is quite popular and was very crowded, but we waited and got a seat eventually.
